| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية لمهارات التدريس الفعال من وجهة نظر المدراء والمشرفين التربويين في العراق. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (147) مدرسا ومدرسة، منهم (77) مدرسا و(70) مدرسة ضمن مديرية تربية الأنبار. ولتطبيق الدراسة أعد الباحث أداة الدراسة المتمثلة باستبانة في التدريس الفعال وقد بينت النتائج: أن درجة ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية لمهارات التدريس الفعال من وجهة نظر المدراء والمشرفين في العراق من وجهة نظرهم كانت متوسطة. حيث جاء بالمرتبة الأولى مجال "مهارة التفاعل الإيجابي مع الطلبة" بمتوسط حسابي (3.15)، وبالمرتبة الثانية جاء مجال "مهارة إدارة الصف" بمتوسط حسابي (3.03)، وجاء مجال "مهارة استخدام الوسائل التعليمية" بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (2.99)، بالمرتبة الرابعة جاء مجال "مهارة المناقشة"، واحتل المرتبة الخامسة مجال "مهارة وضوح الشرح والتفسير بمتوسط حسابي (2.95)، وبالمرتبة السادسة جاء مجال "طرق أساليب تقديم الدرس" بمتوسط حسابي (2.92)، وجاء بالمرتبة السابعة والأخيرة جاء مجال "الهيئة الذهنية" بمتوسط حسابي (2.91) وعدم وجود فروق في الجني والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة التدريسية. وفي ضوء النتائج خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات ومقترحات. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the effective teaching skills by the primary level teachers from the perspective of managers and supervisors in Iraq. The study sample consisted of 147 teachers and schools by 77 teachers and 70 schools in Al-Anbar directorate of education. To apply the study, the researcher prepared the study tool represented in a questionnaire on the effective teaching. The results have shown that the degree of practicing the effective teaching skills by the primary level teachers from the perspective of managers and supervisors in Iraq was medium where the field "the skill of the positive interaction with students" came in the first rank with a mean of (3.15 ) followed by the field "the skill of classroom management" in the second rank with a mean of (3.03), the field of "the skill of using the teaching aids," in the third rank with a mean of (2.99), the field of " the skill of discussion," in the fourth rank, the field of "the skill of the clarity of explanation" in the fifth rank with a mean of (2.95), the field of "the methods of delivering the lesson" in the sixth rank with a mean of (2.92), and the field of "the mental preparation" in the seventh and last rank with a mean of (2.91). The study also showed no differences in the gender, academic qualification and teaching experience. In light of the results, the study reached to several recommendations and suggestions. | ||
