| المستخلص: | التواصل الفعال مهم فى الشأن التربوى. فبما أن التربية هى الحياة، وبما أن التواصل هو لغة الحياة؛ فالعناية بفعالية التواصل عناية بفعالية التربية. ومن المشاهد – من خبرة الباحث كمدرس – أن المدرسة التى يتسم فيها المدرسون بعلاقة طيبة مع مديريهم يشعرون فيها بحب الأداء. لذا فالتواصل الفعال أحد أسس نجاح العمل التعليمى. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى ممارسة مدراء المدارس لمهارات التواصل الفعال من وجهة نظر زملائهم المعلمين. وقد اشتملت تلك المهارات فى سؤال البحث على مهارة الاستماع، الحديث، الحوار، التواصل الكتابى، التواصل التقنى، التفاوض والإقناع إضافة إلى معرفة مدى تحلى أولئك المدراء بالذكاء التواصلى. وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (419) معلماً من أصل (1738) معلماً هم مجتمع الدراسة. وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن أن مدراء مدارس مراحل التعليم العام فى محافظة وادى الدواسر يمارسون مهارات التواصل الفعال بمستوى متوسط، ما عدا مهارة التواصل الكتابى والتى جاءت بمستوى عالٍ. وبناء على ذلك فإن الباحث يوصى بتدريس مقرر (مهارات الاتصال) ذى الرمز (1400 علم) لطلاب الدبلوم التربوى العام فى جامعة سطام بن عبدالعزيز. Effective communication is important in education. Since the education is life and that the communication is the language of life; the attention given to effectively communicate effectively attention to education. From the experience of the researcher as a teacher, the school where teachers have a good relationship with principal they actually feel the enthusiasm for performance. So, effective communication is considered as one of the foundations for the success of the work of education. This study aims to recognize the extent of the practice of schools' principals for effective communication skills from the perspective of their fellow teachers. This question included the skill of listening, talking, dialog, written communication, technical communication, negotiation and persuasion, in addition to know the extent of the possessing of those principals interpersonal intelligent. The sample of the research was (419) and the society of this study was (1738). The finding of the research reveals that the principals of general education schools in Wadi Al-Dawasir practice effective communication skills average standard, except for skill written communication, which came with high level. Accordingly, the researcher recommends teaching decision (communication skills) with the symbol (1400 Alm) for students in educational general diploma at Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University. |
