| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على آثر شخصية المعلم على نمو الذات لدى المتعلم واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي وبلغت عينة البحث (90) طالب، وخلصت أهم النتائج إلى تصميم مقياس التعرف على شخصية المعلم ومقياس التعرف على نمو الذات للمتعلم ومن خلال الاستنتاجات التي أمكن التوصل إليها وفى حدود عينة البحث يوصى الباحث بما يلي: - ضرورة العمل على بناء الشخصية المستقلة للمعلم من كل الخصائص (الشخصية، العقلية المعرفية التعامل مع الطلاب، الاجتماعية، العملية التدريسية) لما لها من آثر كبير على نمو الذات لطلاب المرحلة الإعدادية. - ضرورة الاهتمام بنمو الذات لطلاب المرحلة الإعدادية. - عقد دورات صقل لشخصية المعلم في المرحلة الإعدادية. - حث المعلم على الاطلاع على كل ما هو جديد ومفيد في العملية التعليمية. - إجراء دراسات مشابهة للتعرف على تأثير شخصية معلم التربية الرياضية على طلاب المراحل التعليمية المختلفة. |b The research aims to identify the effect of the personality of the teacher on the self development of the learner. The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method. The results of the research sample (90) students and the most important results reached the design of the measure of identification of the personality of the teacher and the measure of recognition of self development of the learner. Based on the conclusions reached and within the sample of the research, the researcher is recommended to: - The need to work on building the independent personality of the teacher of all characteristics. (personal, cognitive, cognitive, dealing with students, social, teaching process) because of their. great impact on the self-development of students in junior high school. - The need to pay attention to self-development for middle school students. - Holding courses for the character of the teacher in the preparatory stage - Encourage the teacher to see everything that is new and useful in the educational. - process. Conduct similar studies to identify the impact of the personality of the teacher of physical education on students of various educational stages | ||
