| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسباب التي تدعو إلى تطبيق إدارة الجودة في النظام التعليمي السعودي، ودور المشرف التربوي في تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وما هي النتائج المتوقعة من تطبيق المشرف التربوي لمعايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج وأهمها أن إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المجال التعليمي تعتبر مجموع الجهود والإمكانات المبذولة من قبل الجهاز التربوي لرفع مستوى مخرجات العملية التعليمية (الطالب) من أجل تحقيق رضا العميل في النهاية، وكذلك في المجال التربوي يتوقف نجاح العملية التعليمية في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة لمخرجاتها إلى حد كبير على كفاءة وفعالية القيادات التربوية بشكل عام وفي مختلف المستويات الإدارية، والإشراف التربوي أحد العناصر الأساسية في العمليات التعليمية والتي تسهم في تجويد مخرجات العملية التعليمية بأفضل مستوياتها. لتحقيق الجودة الشاملة في المجال التربوي، يجب أن يتم نقلها من طيات الأوراق إلى الميدان، ويتم ذلك من خلال المشرف والمدير والمعلم، وأن الإشراف التربوي أحد أهم مدخلات النظام التعليمي باعتباره قيادة تربوية تهدف إلى تحسين عمليتي التعليم والتعلم، ويمكن أن ينظر إليه من زاوية تحليل النظم على أنه سلسلة من التفاعلات والأحداث بين المعلم والمشرف التربوي والمنهج والمدير، وهو كعملية لها مدخلاتها التربوية ومخرجاتها، كما أن هناك حاجة ملحة تنتظر المشرف التربوي تجاه المعلمين لتطوير أدائهم وتحسين العملية التعليمية. وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تدريب المشرفين التربويين على مبادئ القيادة، فالقائد يجب أن يتفاعل مع المعلمين كزميل لهم يتعلم منهم ومعهم، وينقل خبراتهم فيما بينهم وإلى غيرهم. وضرورة اختيار المشرفين التربويين حسب معايير محددة ومن ثم تعزيز قدراتهم من خلال التدريب والتعليم. وضرورة استخدام المشرف التربوي للبيانات لتحسين النظام ككل. This study aims to identify the reasons for the application of quality management education in the Saudi educational system, and the role of the educational supervisor in the application of total quality management standards, what are the expected results of the application of the educational supervisor for the standards of total quality management. I have been using descriptive analytical method, the study reached a set of results and the most important of the total quality management in the educational field is the sum of the efforts and potential efforts by the education system to raise the level of the educational process outputs (student) in order to achieve customer satisfaction in the end, as well as in the field Educational stop the educational process success in achieving the overall quality of their outputs to a large extent on the efficiency and effectiveness of educational leaders in general and in the various administrative levels, and educational supervision An essential element in the educational process and that contribute to improve the educational process outputs the best levels.
