| المستخلص: | \nهدف البحث الى القاء الضوء على الإرشاد النفسي المدرسي ودوره في العملية التعليمية. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. في توضيح مفهوم الارشاد النفسي المدرسي. والفرق بين التوجيه والإرشاد. وتاريخ نشأة وتطور مجال الارشاد النفسي المدرسي. وواقع الإرشاد النفسي المدرسي في مصر. وأهم مشكلات الإرشاد النفسي المدرسي في مصر وتمثلت قلة أعداد المرشدين النفسيين وضعف تأهيلهم. وعدم وجود جمعية للإرشاد النفسي المدرسي. ووضع أعباء إدارية وأعمال مكتبية على كاهل المرشد النفسي المدرسي. ونقص الوعي بأهمية دوره. كما تناول البحث دور الارشاد النفسي المدرسي في العملية التعليمية. وأهم المشكلات التي تواجه العملية التعليمية في مصر. وأوصى البحث بأهمية تعريف المجتمع المدرسي بمجال الارشاد النفسي المدرسي وكيفية استفادة كل العاملين في المدرسة من الخدمات التي يقدمها المرشد النفسي المدرسي. ورفع مستوى الوعي بتأثير الارشاد النفسي المدرسي ودوره الفعال في تحسين العملية التعليمية ككل. كما يجب إظهار الدور الذي يلعبه الارشاد النفسي المدرسي في مساعدة التلاميذ على رفع مستوى الإنجاز الدراسي وتحسين مستوى التعلم بجانب تحقيق التوافق والنمو الشامل. وإعداد برامج لتأهيل المرشد النفسي المدرسي بصورة تتماشي مع الواقع التعليمي بمصر وفي نفس الوقت تتماشي مع التكنيكات والمعارف الحديثة في مجال الارشاد النفسي والإرشاد النفسي المدرسي. وضرورة تعاون كلا من المعلمين والمرشدين النفسيين المدرسيين في تبادل الخبرات والمعلومات والاستفادة المتبادلة من معارف وخبرات كلا من الفريقين. وإعادة هيكلة برامج اعداد المعلم والعاملين بالمدرسة لتشمل مناهج الارشاد النفسي ومهاراته ونظرياته لما لها من أثر وفائدة لكل أطراف العملية التعليمية. كما يجب إقامة دورات تدريبية للمرشدين النفسيين المدرسيين للتدريب علي أحدث وأفضل الطرق المستخدمة في الارشاد النفسي المدرسي عالميا. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of the research is to shed light on the psychological guidance of the school and its role in the educational process. The descriptive approach was used in explaining the concept of psychological counseling at school. The difference between guidance and counseling. The history of the emergence and development of psychological counseling at school. In addition, the reality of psychological counseling at school in Egypt. The most important problems of psychological counseling at schools in Egypt and the lack of numbers of psychological counselors and weakness of their qualifying. In addition, there is no association for psychological counseling at school and placing administrative burdens and office work on the school psychologist and lack of awareness of the importance of his role. The research also dealt with the role of psychosocial counseling in the educational process and the most important problems facing the educational process in Egypt. The research emphasized the importance of introducing the school community to the field of psychological counseling, and how all employees in the school can benefit from services provided by the school psychologist. In addition, we should raise awareness of the impact of psychological counseling at school and its effective role in improving the educational process as a whole. The role of psychological counseling should also be shown in helping pupils to improve their level of achievement, improve their learning level, and achieve harmony and overall growth. Moreover, the preparation of programs to qualify the school psychologist in a manner consistent with the reality of education in Egypt and, at the same time, in line with the latest techniques and knowledge in the field of psychological guidance and psychological counseling at school. In addition, there is a need for the cooperation of teachers and school psychologists in the exchange of experiences, information and mutually benefit from the knowledge and experience of both teams. Besides, restructuring the preparation programs of teachers and school staff to include psychological counseling curricula, skills and theories because of the impact and benefit to all parties of the educational process.
