| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلي الكشف عن دور تمكين العاملين من خلال (المشاركة بالمعلومات، والحرية والاستقلالية، وفرق العمل المدارة ذاتياً) في الميزة التنافسية المستدامة من خلال (الجودة والمقدرة الجوهرية، والاستجابة للزبون) وقد حددت مشكلة البحث في عدة تساؤلات تمحورت حول طبيعة علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث، وذلك من وضع مخطط فرضي للبحث يعبر عن أثنين من الفرضيات الرئيسية، ولأجل التأكد من صحة الفرضيات خضعت جميعها لاختبارات متعددة، وقد اعتمد البحث علي منهج التحليل الوصفي، واستعملت الاستبانة وسيلة للحصول علي البيانات، وقد جري انتخاب عينة عشوائية من تدريسي ثلاث كليات أهلية في محافظة النجف الأشرف كعينة لتقييم تمكين العاملين والميزة التنافسية المستدامة وكان عددهم 123 شخصاً وهم يمثلون نسبة 77% من المجتمع، وقد جري تحليل البيانات باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية (التحليل العاملي، معامل ارتباط كندال، انحدار بسيط ومتعدد) واستخرجت النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الحاسوبي (SPSS V.10pct) حيث توصل البحث إلي مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها: قلة حصول التدريسيين علي ما يحتاجونه من معلومات في الحالات الطارئة من دون طلب المساعدة، فضلا عن ضعف الاتصالات داخل الكليات الأهلية وفي جميع الاتجاهات مما ادي إلي تأثير ضعيف في قدرة الكليات علي تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية باستمرار للطلاب وعدم تفوقها علي المنافسين. The research aims to uncover the role of empowering workers through (share information, freedom and Autonomy, work teams self-managed) in a sustainable competitive advantage through (quality, Core Competences, responding to customer). The research problem identified in several questions focused on the nature of the correlation and influence between the variables of research, and for that a scheme supposedly to search expresses two hypotheses President, and in order to ensure the validity of the assumptions undergone all of the multiple tests. The research approach has adopted a descriptive analysis, and has used questionnaire and a way to get the data, a random sample has been elected of teaching three community colleges in the province of Najaf as a sample to assess the empowerment of workers and sustainable competitive advantage, and their number was (123) people, who represent 77% of the community. The data were analyzed using a variety of statistical methods (factor analysis, correlation coefficient Kendall simple and multi-slope), and extract the results using the computer program (SPSS V. 10 pct). The search reached a set of conclusions, including: Lack of faculty access to the information they need in case of emergency without asking for help, as well as poor communication within the community colleges in all directions, resulting in little impact in the college's ability to provide consistently high-quality students and lack of superiority over competitors. |
