| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف على ملامح نظام السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود، والتعرف على الأطر النظرية والفكرية لمدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية، والوقوف على الوضع الراهن لإدارة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية، ومن ثم التوصل إلى مجموعة من المقترحات الإجرائية التي يمكن أن تساعد في تطوير إدارة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود في ضوء الأخذ بمدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية. \ وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن عمادة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود تطبق نظم متابعة إلكترونية للمراسلات الإدارية الصادرة والواردة من العاملين بها، وتمنح جميع العاملين بها عناوين بريدية إلكترونية بامتداد @py.ksu.edu.sa، وتستخدم عمادة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود في عمليات المتابعة والتنظيم الإلكتروني بمعدل أكبر من معدل استخدامه في مجال التخطيط واتخاذ القرار إلكترونياً. \ وكما أن نسبة الوعي عند عينة البحث لأهمية تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية في العمل الإداري داخل السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود وجدت مرتفعة، وعلى الرغم من ذلك وجد أن استخدام السجل الإلكتروني التراكمي لتقويم الأداء ذاتياً من وجهة نظر (65%) من عينة البحث لا يتحقق، ووجد أن هناك حاجة لدى العاملين بعمادة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود إلى الإلتحاق بدورات تدريبية وندوات ولقاءات حول الإدارة الإلكترونية. \\ وفي النهاية قدم البحث مجموعة من المقترحات منها: \ -\ تجميع كافة أنشطة الإدارة الإلكترونية التفاعلية والتبادلية والمعلوماتية في موقع إلكتروني واحد يتضمن اتصال دائم بجميع العاملين وأفراد المجتمع المحلي والدولي على مدار الساعة. \ -\ إصدار عمادة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود لمجموعة من التشريعات الإلكترونية لحماية الملكية الفكرية، والتوقيع الإلكتروني. \-\ إجراء دراسات علمية حول اتجاهات العاملين بالسنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود نحو تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، ووضع الإستراتيجيات التطويرية وفقاً لهذه الاتجاهات. \ The Current research aimed at recognizing the main insights of King Soud University Preparatory Year, also recognizing the intellectual and the theoretical frames of Electronic Management approach, in addition to exploring the status quo of the Preparatory Year at King Soud University in the light of Electronic Management approach, then reaching some procedural suggestions which may help in developing the preparatory year management at King Soud University in the light of the Electronic Management Approach. \ The research used the Descriptive Analytical Methodology and it reached that the Preparatory Year at King Soud University is applying follow up electronic systems for managerial mailing that are coming from and to employees, and it is giving an employees e-mail addresses with extension @py.ksu.edu.sa, and the Preparatory Year at King Soud University uses that in electronic following up and organizing processes much more than using them in electronic planning and decision taking processes. \ Finally, there was an observable high awareness from the research sample about the importance of effectivating the electronic management at the managerial work inside he Preparatory Year at King Soud University, although this high awareness, the usage of cumulative the electronic record of self performance evaluation from the point of view of 65% from the overall sample, is not used, as it was found that there is a need from the employees at the Preparatory Year at Kin Soud University to access training courses, meetings, and symposiums about the electronic management.\ At the end of the research, it presented some suggestions, some of them are: \ • Collecting the all effective, informative, and interoperability activities of the electronic management at one web site that including a continuous communication with all employees, and local and international society members all day long. \ •\ Making the Preparatory Year at King Soud University put some electronic 1egislation to protect the intellectual property and the electronic signature. \ •\ Performing a practical studies around the attitudes of Preparatory Year at King Soud University employees towards applying the electronic management,, and putting developmental strategies according to these attitudes. \ |
