| المستخلص: | يهتم هذا البحث بدلالات أداء المصطلحين، القوة الناعمة والزبائنية وتأثيرهما في الانتخابات العراقية 2014 وتطبيقاتهما في إنتاج ناخب تقليدي واقع تحت تأثير المسوقين للفكر التقليدي من خلال الشبكات الإعلامية المختلفة والعصبيات من أبناء الطوائف والعشائر والاثنيات وأصحاب المصالح، ومع وجود توجهات للإبقاء على مشروع الحاجات يكون التركيز في الانتخابات على قوى حزبية تتسم بطابع الضمانات الاجتماعية بخطاب المعارف التقليدية والأساطير وفبركة الأوهام وليس بخطاب سياسي حداثي، وذلك لتحقيق هدف الإبقاء على النظام نفسه من خلال الناخب المنتج، إن هذين النظامين يفسدان التطبيق الديمقراطي في المجتمع العراقي ويؤخران عمليات التغيير للفكر والنظام والسلطة.
