| المستخلص: | " تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في هذا البحث أنه: يتناول موضوعا من الموضوعات التي تنبه إليها المسؤولون السياسيون في العصر الحاضر، ألا وهو موضوع القوة الناعمة، والتي بدأت الدول الكبرى الاهتمام بها بعد أن فشلت القوة الخشنة (العسكرية) في تحقيق الأهداف التي ترجوها تلك الدول من نظيراتها، وقد استمد هذا البحث أهميته من الاهتمام الكبير الذي أولته تلك الدول ذات المطامع في الدول الأخرى وعجزت عن تحقيقها بالقوة العسكرية. وقد جاء هذا البحث يهدف إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف، من أهمها: الوقوف على مفهوم القوة الناعمة، ونشأتها، واستخداماتها، وتأصيل هذا في الإسلام، سواء في القرآن الكريم، أو السنة النبوية وسيرة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثم بيان تطبيقات هذه القوة الناعمة في أنظمة الإسلام، ومبادئه، وتعاليمه. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، منها: على الرغم من حداثة المصطلح، إلا أن استخدامه كان مبكرا جدا منذ بداية الإسلام، وأن القوة الناعمة لا تقل أهمية عن القوة الخشنة، وقد تنبهت الدول الكبرى لهذه الأهمية، كذلك باستقراء آيات القرآن الكريم، وأحاديث السنة النبوية وجدنا أنها اشتملت على كثير من مظاهر القوة الناعمة." "The problem of the study in this research is that: it deals with one of the topics that are alerted by political officials in the present era, namely the topic of soft power, which the major countries began to pay attention to after the failure of the coarse Force (military) to achieve the goals that these countries hope of their counterparts, and this research has derived its importance from the great attention paid by those countries with ambitions in other countries and were unable to achieve them by military force. This research aims to achieve several objectives, the most important of which are: to identify the concept of soft power, its origin, and its uses, and to establish this in Islam, whether in the Koran, the Sunnah and the biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and then to explain the applications of this soft power in the systems of Islam, its principles, and its teachings. The research has reached several results, including: despite the novelty of the term, but its use was very early since the beginning of Islam, and that soft power is no less important than hard power, and the major countries have been alerted to this importance, as well as extrapolating the verses of the Koran, and the hadiths of the Sunnah found that it included many manifestations of soft power." |
