| المستخلص: | سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين اللازمة للأطفال بمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحديد مهارات تعلم القرن الحادي والعشرين اللازمة للطفل، وحددت الباحثتين عينة عشوائية من معلمات مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عدد ٥١ معلمة من محافظة مطروح، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك عدة مهارات يجب إكسابها للأطفال بمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة لإعداده للتعامل مع تحديات القرن الحادي والعشرين، وتتمثل في (مهارات التعلم والإبداع، ومهارات العصر الرقمي، ومهارات الحياة والمهنة)، وأوصت الباحثتان بتنمية مهارات التعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى الأطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، وتضمين مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في برامج تعليم الأطفال، ونشر الوعي لدى معلمات مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بمهارات التعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين وتوظيفها في تعليم الأطفال في تلك المرحلة،، نشر الوعي لدى معلمات مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بمهارات التعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين وتوظيفها في تعليم الأطفال في المرحلة. The current study sought to determine the twenty-first century skills necessary for children in early childhood from the point of view of teachers, and the descriptive approach was used to determine the twenty first century learning skills necessary for the child, and the researchers identified a random sample of early childhood teachers, and was based on (51) questionnaire valid for analysis, and the results of the study showed that there are several skills that must be acquired for children in early childhood to prepare it to deal with the challenges of the twenty-first century, It is represented in (learning skills and creativity, digital age skills, life skills and profession), and the researchers recommended the development of learning skills in the twenty-first century for children in early childhood, including the skills of the twenty-first century in children's education programs, and the dissemination of early childhood teachers with learning skills in the twenty-first century and employing them in the education of children at that stage, The study recommended developing learning skills in the twenty-first century among early childhood children, including twenty-first century skills in children's education programs, spreading awareness among early childhood teachers of learning skills in the twenty-first century, and employing them in teaching children in the early childhood stage. |
