| 520 | |a لطالما أريد بالحجاج كعلم ذلك الخطاب الصريح أو الضمني الذي يستهدف الإقناع أو الإفحام معا أيا كان متلقي هذا الخطاب ومهما كانت الطريقة المتبعة في ذلك وليست غايته الصواب أو الصحة بل التأثير والتقبل، ولهذا قيل إذا كان هذا هو حد الحجاج فإنه لا يقدم ولا يؤدي إلى تطوير المعرفة، ولكن في الحقيقة الحجاج وإن كان لا يخرج عن دائرة الاحتمال وشبه الحقيقي فالمحاجج الفيلسوف خاصة لا يبرهن ليقنع الأخرين فقط بل ليمارس عليهم فضائل الاهتداء إلى طريق التحليل والانخراط في مسار الحقيقة. وهذا ما نريد أن نوضحه في هذا البحث أن الحجاج ليس ممارسة عادية كما يرى البعض بل مهارة وعمل نقدي لبناء نسق ومعرفة جديدة لا يسمح أن يزكى أو يقصى أحد إلا في إطار عمل نقدي، لهذا نجد أن المعيار الذي نقيس به خطابا ما ليس هو نجاعته وملاءمته للجمهور فقط بل يشدد كذلك على مصدر الحجة ونوعها إلى جانب بلاغة الأسلوب والمكتوب نقدا وإبداعا وما يتضمنه من حوار ونقاش ضمني وإظهار الحقيقة أو الصواب بطرق مشروعة لضمان نجاح الحوار، وبالتالي رفض كل حوار يرتكز على السبل التي تيسر للمغالط عملية طمس الحقائق بهدف تحصيل نتائج يصعب الوصول إليها بطرق الحجة المقنعة. |b The theory of argumentation as a science meant, the explicit and even implicit discourse that aims to convince or persuade anything the interlocutor of this discourse and with any methodology followed, its objective is not accuracy and credibility but impact and acceptability, for this reason, the art of argumentation has been criticized in terms of knowledge acquisition. But in reality, precisely, the philosophical argumentative does not only make the art of argumentation to convince others but also the practice and implementation of analytical methodologies on the path to truths. This is what we want to make clear in this research, that argumentation It is not a simple practice as many people consider it, but it is a mastery and critical practice in order to establish a system and new knowledge that does not allow it to accredit or exclude except in the context of critical practice, The criterion for evaluating a speech is not its effectiveness and relevance but on the source of the argument and its type in addition to the rhetorical style at the level of creativity by taking into consideration the content of the dialogue and the debate that presents truth or accuracy with legal tricks to ensure the success of the dialogue. Therefore, the exclusion of any type of dialogue that facilitates inaccuracy and camouflage of truths in order to achieve results with methods other than the method and theory of argumentation. | ||
