| المستخلص: | الإرشاد الأكاديمي هو المدخل الرئيس لتقديم تعليم جيد وبناء مسيرة جامعية فعالة، فهو ركن أساسي ومحوري في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وهو يعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة العلمية والتوجيه الاجتماعي والسلوكي لجميع الطلاب لتنمية شخصياتهم واهتماماتهم المهنية، ويبحث فيما لديهم من قدرات ويعمل على تنميتها وتطويرها، ويشجعهم على التميز والتفوق والإبداع، ويساعدهم على التعامل مع الصعوبات المختلفة، وذلك بزيادة وعيهم بمسئولياتهم الأكاديمية وطرق التغلب على مشكلاتهم التي تعوق قدرتهم على التحصيل العلمي والتفاعل مع متطلبات الحياة الجامعية، والعمل على رفع إمكانياتهم العلمية والفكرية التي تحقق لهم النجاح في مسيرتهم الأكاديمية والاجتماعية وتمنحهم مهارات مميزة تؤهلهم للتفوق في سوق العمل، ومن هذا المنطلق يفرض نظام الإرشاد الأكاديمي واجبات على طرفي العملية التعليمية، وتتجلى هذه الواجبات في مجمل النظم واللوائح الإدارية والفنية والأكاديمية التي تنظم نشاط العملية التعليمية بمخرجاتها. والإرشاد الأكاديمي هو أحد المبادئ والأسس التي تقوم عليها الخطة الدراسية، ويستمد البحث الحالي أهميته من أهمية الموضوع الذى يتناوله لمختلف الجامعات بمختلف التخصصات ألا وهو الإرشاد الأكاديمي في مرحلة التعليم الجامعي، ولذلك استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي وممارساته بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء نظام الساعات المعتمدة، والتعرف على أهم المعيقات والصعوبات التي تحول دون تفعيل هذه الممارسات، ومن ثم تقديم مجموعة من المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتطوير فلسفة الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالجامعات المصرية ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي أقتضى السير في عدة محاور للوصول إلى الهدف الرئيس للبحث الحالي. Academic advising is the main gateway to providing good education and building an effective university career it is a basic and pivotal pillar in higher education institutions. it is concerned with providing advice, academic assistance, and social and behavioral guidance to all students to develop their personalities and professional interests. It examines the abilities they have and works to develop them. it encourages them to excel, and to be creative and help them, to deal with various difficulties. This is by increasing their awareness of their academic responsibilities and ways to overcome their problems that hinder their ability to achieve academic achievement and interact with the requirements of university life, and by working to raise their scientific and intellectual capabilities that will achieve success in their academic and social careers and give them distinctive skills that qualify them to excel in the labor market. These duties are evident in the overall administrative, technical and academic systems and regulations that regulate the activity of the educational process and its outcomes. Academic guidance is one of the principles and foundations on which study plan is based, and the current research derives its importance from the important of the topic it addresses for various universities in various specializations, which is academic guidance at the university education stage. Therefore, the current research aimed to identify the reality of academic guidance and its practices in Egyptian universities in light of the hours system. Approved, and identifying the most important obstacles and difficulties that prevent the activation of these practices, and then presenting a set of educational requirements necessary to develop the philosophy of academic advising in Egyptian universities. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used, which required walking in several axes to reach the main goal of the current research. |
