| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة تضمين كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة من مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، لقيم حقوق الإنسان المنصوص عليها في التعديل الدستوري الأخير لسنة 2020، من خلال تحليل محتوى الكتاب، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، قام الباحث بإعداد أداة الدراسة وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تكونت هذه الأداة من 83 قيمة فرعية لحقوق الإنسان، وزعت على 11 مجال فرعي، والمجالات الفرعية وزعت على 3 مجالات رئيسية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة من مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن عدد تكرارات قيم حقوق الإنسان بمجالاتها المختلفة بلغ 155 تكرار، وكان في المرتبة الأولى مجال حقوق الإنسان المدنية والسياسية، بمجموع تكرار 83 بنسبة 54.53% تلاها مجال حقوق الإنسان الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية، بمجموع تكرار 57 بنسبة 36.77%، وجاء في الترتيب الأخير مجال حقوق الإنسان التضامنية بمجموع تكرار 15 بنسبة 9.67. |b The study aimed to reveal the degree of inclusion in the civics textbook for the fourth year from the stage of middle education for human rights values stipulated in the last constitutional amendment of 2020, by analyzing the content of the book, using the descriptive analytical method, the researcher prepared the study tool and its validity and stability were confirmed. This tool consisted of 83 concepts of human rights values, it was divided into 11 sub-domains, and the sub-domains were divided into 3 main areas, The study sample consisted of a civic education book for the fourth year of the middle education stage, the results of the analysis showed the number of repetitions of the concepts of human rights values in its various domains amounted to 155 recurrences, and in the first place was the domain of civil and political human rights, with a total repetition of 83 by 53.54%, followed by the domain of social, economic and cultural human rights with a total repetition of 57 by 36.77%, and in the last order came the domain of human rights Solidarity human with a total of 15 recurrences, 9.67%. | ||
