| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية دور التعليم العام في التنمية في البلدان النامية مثل اليمن وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من النظام التعليمي العام في اليابان ومعرفة مدى قدرته على تحقيق أهدافه الكمية والكيفية وكذا مشاركته في عملية التنمية الشاملة. واستخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهج المقارن الذي تتعدد فيه جوانب الدراسة وذلك من خلال دراسة الخلفية التاريخية للتعليم العام باستخدام المنهج التاريخي الذي يعني بالبحث عن جذور هذا التعليم، وتظهر أهمية الدراسة من خلال ما يلي-: 1- إضافة لبنة للأبحاث التربوية المقارنة وذلك لإفادة المتخصصين والباحثين في هذا المجال. كما يمكن أن يسهم هذا البحث في تطوير النظام التعليمي العام في اليمن. 2- تطوير نظام التعليم العام مجال اهتمام عربي وعالم كبيرين حيث تعتبر هذه المرحلة محل اهتمام المنظمات التربوية العالمي باعتبار أنها نقطة تحول في إصلاح مسار التعليم العالم.. 3- بيان أوجه الشبه والاختلاف من خلال الدراسة المقارنة لنظامي التعليم في اليمن واليابان بقصد الاستفادة من التجربة اليابانية الناجحة في مجال التعليم. 4- إمكانية الإفادة من هذا البحث في إعادة النظر في بعض جوانب القصور للنظام التعليمي العام في اليمن ومحاولة تطويره وتحديثه بما يلبي حاجات المجتمع في ضوء خبرة اليابان. 2- حسب علم الباحث لا توجد أية دراسات أو بحوث سابقة تتناول هذا الموضوع وقد يفتح هذا البحث مجالات أخرى للبحث والدراسات التربوية التي تسهم في الإفادة من تجارب الأخرين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: ومن هنا يمكن استخلاص الدروس المستفادة من التجربة اليابانية في تطوير نظامنا التعليمي وذلك بأخذ ما يمكن تطبيقه في اليمن، ويجب التنويه هنا أن هذه التجربة يمكن أن تكون ذات فائدة لكل المجتمعات بما فيها المجتمع العربي وهذه التجربة تتبلور في التوصيات التالية-: 1- إشراك الآباء في تعليم الأطفال خلال كافة المراحل التعليمية. 2- وضوح الأهداف والغايات التي تسعى المدرسة إلى تحقيقها لدى الآباء والتلاميذ 3- تقدير أهمية الدافعية لدى الطلاب. 4- تقديم التعليم الأساسي الشامل لجميع الأطفال وإمكانية تضمين المنهج بالإضافة إلى ذلك التاريخ والعلوم والفنون، والتربية الرياضية وبداية تعلم لغة أجنبية والدراسات العملية. 5- الإيمان المطلق بإن النظام التعليمي يمكن أن ينمي الشخصية الواعية والقيم الثابتة والسلوك الأخلاقي. 6- ينبغي أن تعكس بيئة الفصل والمدرسة الأهداف المطلوب تحقيقها هناك. 7- على التربية أن تعمل على استثمار المصادر حسب الحاجة والأولويات. 8- إن المدرس المتمكن المخلص عمله هو أساس المدرسة الناجحة. The study aimed to the statement of the importance of the role of public education in the development of developing countries, such as Yemen, and so by taking advantage of the public education system in Japan To find out the extent of its ability to achieve its objectives quantitative and qualitative, as well as his participation in the overall development process The researcher used in his study of comparative approach in which multiple aspects of the study, through the study of the historical background of public education Using the historical method, which means looking for the roots of this education, and show the importance of the study by the following: - 1- In addition to brick Educational Research and compare it to benefit specialists and researchers in this Amajal. kma can contribute to this research in the development of the public education system in Yemen. 2- The development of the public education system the field of Arab interest and major global stage where this is considered of interest to the global educational organizations as they shift in the reform of the global education path points. 3- Statement of the similarities and differences through a comparison of the education system in Yemen and Japan study with a view to benefit from the successful Japanese experience in the field of education. 4- The possibility to benefit from this research to reconsider some of the shortcomings of the educational system in general Yemen and try to develop it and update it to meet the needs of the community in the light of the experience of Japan. 5- According to science research there are no previous studies and research on this subject. This research opens up other areas of research and educational studies that contribute to benefit from the experiences of others. The study found the following: Here it is possible to draw lessons from the Japanese experience in the development of our educational system and by taking what it can be applied in Yemen, and it must be noted here that this experience It can be of benefit to all societies, including the Arab community and the experience to take shape in the following recommendations: - 1- Involve parents in the education of children during all stages of education 2- Clarity of goals and objectives that seek to achieve the school among parents and pupils. 3- Appreciate the importance of motivation among students 4- provide universal basic education for all children and the possibility of including curriculum addition of history, science, arts, sports, education and the beginning of learning a foreign language and study process. 5- The absolute belief that the educational system can develop personal conscious and fixed values and ethical behavior. 6- should reflect the environment chapter, the school is required to achieve there goals. 7- Education to work on investment sources as needed and priorities. 8- The Capable Teacher Savior his work is the basis of successful school. |
