| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى وضع استراتيجية لتطوير التعليم الجامعي بمصر وخاصة كليات التربية وذلك باستخدام أسلوب التحليل الإحصائي سيجما ستة حيث أن التعليم الجامعي يعد المحرك الأساسي في عملية التنمية بجميع أبعادها، كما أن مستقبل الدول يتقرر بصورة رئيسية من خلال مؤسسات التعليم العالي. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف البحث في التعرف على ملامح منظومة التعليم بكليات التربية، ودراسة وتحليل الإطار المفاهيمي لأسلوب سيجما ستة وآلية تطبيقه بكليات التربية. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة ضرورة استخدام ستة سيجمافي وحدات الجودة بكليات التربية ونشر وتطبيق ثقافة ستة سيجما بكليات التربية. |b The research aims to develop a strategy for the development of university education in Egypt, especially the faculties of education, using the method of statistical analysis Six Sigma, as university education is the main engine in the development process in all its dimensions, and the future of countries is determined mainly through institutions of higher Education. The study used the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the research in identifying the features of the education system in the faculties of education, and studying and analyzing the conceptual framework of statistical analysis method in management thought. The results of the study were the necessity of using in the quality units in the faculties of education and the dissemination and application of culture in the faculties of education. | ||
