| المستخلص: | The study aimed at identifying the perquisites of applying Six Sigma methodology in the faculties of education in Almagmaah and al Zolfi. Analytical descriptive approach has been used. In addition, the questionnaire was the instrument of data collection that has been randomly distributed on (77) academic staff and employers at Almagmaah and al Zolfi faculties at Almagmaah University. Some of the most important results concluded by study are as the following: study sample view that perquisites of Six Sigma application to develop performance in the faculty of education in (academic, administrative, society service, scientific research) fields are highly important with means ranged from(3.30-3.73), and this means that study respondents see that faculty of education has principal perquisites that can be used in applying Six Sigma methodology in performance developing in faculty of education in general. Also, the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences at level (0.05α ≤) among the responses of study respondents due to the independent variables (scientific degree, work nature, years of experience, sex, courses in six Sigma). The study recommended some recommendations and the most important are: It is necessary to care about Six Sigma methodology as a modern philosophy can contribute in developing programs and work fields in faculty of education and putting an end to the waste and loss of it. in order to get universities to local as well as international competition هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مقومات تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما لتطوير الأداء في كليتي التربية بالمجمعة والزلفي، وقد جري استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والتي طبقت عشوائيا على عينة بلغت (77) من منسوبي كليتي التربية بالمجمعة والزلفي في جامعة المجمعة، وأسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج منها: الأهمية العالية لمقومات استخدام منهجية ستة سيجما لتطوير الأداء لكلية التربية في المجالات الآتية: الأكاديمي، الإداري، خدمة المجتمع، البحث العلمي بمتوسطات عالية تراوحت بين (3.30 – 3.73)، وهذا يشير إلى أن كلية التربية تمتلك مقومات أساسية يمكن استخدامها لتطبيق منهجية الجودة ستة سيجما في تطوير الأداء لكلية التربية بصفة عامة، كما أوضحت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≥0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزي إلى المتغيرات المستقلة الآتية: (الدرجة العلمية، وطبيعة العمل وسنوات الخبرة في التعليم الجامعي والجنس والدورات في ستة سيجما). |
