| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة معرفة معلمي التربية الفنية بالخصائص السلوكية للطفل الموهوب فنيا في مرحلة الصفوف الأولية بمدينة حائل، والكشف عن الفروق في درجة معرفة معلمي التربية الفنية بالخصائص السلوكية للطفل الموهوب فنيا حسب متغيري جنس وخبرة المعلم. واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما طبقت استبانة من تصميم الباحثة، مكونة من أربعة محاور؛ تضمن كل محور (10) عبارات لقياس درجة المعرفة بالخصائص السلوكية للطفل الموهوب فنيا في مجال التعلم، ومجال التفكير الإبداعي، ومجال الشخصية والدافعية، ومجال الأداء المهاري. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (102) من معلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية بمدينة حائل للعام الدراسي 1442- 1443ه، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية. واستخدم في تحليل البيانات الكمية المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، والنسب المئوية كما استخدم اختبار (ت)، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA) للمقارنة بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن درجة معرفة معلمي التربية الفنية بالخصائص السلوكية للطفل الموهوب فنيا مرتفعة بشكل عام، وفي المحاور الأربعة الفرعية كذلك، وتوصلت أيضا إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المعلمين والمعلمات نحو الخصائص السلوكية للطفل الموهوب فنيا حسب متغير الجنس، لصالح معلمات التربية الفنية، وذلك في الدرجة الكلية، ومجال الأداء المهاري، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات معلمي التربية الفنية نحو الخصائص السلوكية للطفل الموهوب فنيا حسب متغير الخبرة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج توصي الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات من أبرزها: زيادة الكفاءة المهنية والمعرفية لمعلمي التربية الفنية أثناء الخدمة، وذلك من خلال إنشاء برامج تدريبية وتثقيفية تساعدهم في مجال اكتشاف ورعاية الطفل الموهوب فنيا |b The present study aimed to identify the ‘Art Teachers’ Knowledge Level of the Artistically Gifted Children’s Characteristics in the Elementary Grades in Hail. Moreover, it reveals the differences in the degree of knowledge of art education teachers of the behavioral characteristics of the artistically gifted child according to the variables of the teacher’s gender and experience. This study used the descriptive analytical methodology. A questionnaire was designed by the researcher, composed of four domains; Each domain included (10) statements to measure the Knowledge Level of the behavioral characteristics of the artistically gifted child in the domain of learning, creative thinking, personality and motivation, and skill performance. The study sample included (102) teachers of art education teachers in the city of Hail for the academic year (1442-1443H), who were randomly selected. The quantitative data analysis used means, standard deviation, percentages, t-tests, and one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) to determine the participants’ differences. The results concluded that the degree of knowledge of art education teachers about the behavioral characteristics of the artistically gifted child is generally high, and in the four sub-axes as well. There were statistically significant differences in the ‘Art Teachers’ Knowledge Level of the characteristics of the artistically gifted child in the elementary grades due to the gender Variable for the benefit of female teachers, in the total degree, and the field of skill performance. While there are no statistically significant differences in the ‘Art Teachers’ Knowledge Level of the characteristics of the artistically gifted child in the elementary grades are due to the experience Teacher. The study recommended Increasing the professional and cognitive competence of in-service art education teachers through establishing training and educational programs to help identify and care for the artistically gifted child. | ||
