| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات الشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة في كل من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وأستراليا، وذلك من خلال اتباع المنهج المقارن بمدخل جورج بريداي بخطواته الأربعة: الوصف والتفسير والمقابلة والمقارنة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وأستراليا بينهما تشابه في المفهوم واستراتيجيات تنفيذها، وحرصت كلا الدولتين إلى ضرورة المشاركة النشطة بين المدرسة والأسرة واستمرارية التعلم في المنزل وربطه فيما يتعلمه الطلاب بالمدرسة، والتأكيد على استراتيجية التواصل الفعال وأهمية التنوع في وسائل الاتصال وجعلها منتظمة وبشكل مستمر، أيضا توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعيين منسق للشراكة في كل مدرسة وإدراج بند للشراكة في ميزانية المدرسة، والقيام بالتقويم والتحسين المستمر للشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة. The study aims to identify the partnership strategies between school and family in both the United States of America and Australia, by following the comparative approach to George Z. F. Bereday’s method with its four Stages: description, interpretation, juxtaposition, and comparison. The study found that the partnership between the school and the family in the United States of America and Australia is similar in concept and strategies for its implementation, and both countries were keen on the need for active participation between the school and the family and the continuity of learning at home and linking it to what students learn with the school, and emphasizing the strategy of effective communication and the importance of diversity in the means of communication and making them regular and continuously, The study also concluded that it is necessary to appoint a coordinator for the partnership in each school, to include a partnership item in the school budget, and to carry out the evaluation and continuous improvement of the partnership between the school and the family. |
