| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرف واقع الشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة في مدارس المتفوقين، وجوانب الشراكة الأكثر تطبيقا، إضافة إلى تعرف الفرق بين المدرسين والإداريين في تفعيل هذه الشراكة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وتكونت العينة من 74 مدرسا وإداريا، استخدمت الباحثة استبانة لقياس واقع الشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة، شملت على الأبعاد الآتية: الوالدية، التواصل التطوع، اتخاذ القرار، التعلم في المنزل التعاون، اعمادا على نموذج جوسي ايستن. بينت النتائج أن واقع الشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة جاء بمستوى متوسط، وجاء بعد التواصل بالمرتبة الأولى من حيث الأبعاد الأكثر تطبيقا في الشراكة، بينما جاء بعد التطوع بالمرتبة الأخيرة، كما تبين وجود فروق في إجابات المدرسين والإداريين على استبانة الشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة وذلك لصالح الإداريين. The current study aims to identify the reality of the partnership between the school and the family in the schools of the outstanding, and the most effective aspects of the partnership, in addition to identifying the difference between teachers and administrators in activating this partnership. The researcher followed the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study, and the sample consisted of 74 teachers and administrators. The researcher used a questionnaire to measure the reality of the partnership between the school and family it including the following dimensions: parenting, communication, volunteering, decision-making, learning at home, cooperation, based on the Joyce Epstine model. the results showed that the reality of the partnership between the school and the family came at average level. There are differences in the answers of teachers and administrators to the study questionnaire in favor of the administrators. |
