| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة المزايا التربوية والسلبيات التربوية لمدارس التعليم الأهلي من وجهة نظر مدرسي المدارس الأهلية، استخدم المنهج الوصفي وكانت عينة البحث تتكون من ٧٣ مدرسا ومدرسة، استخدمت الاستبانة أداة للبحث، وتم استخدام التكرارات والوسط الحسابي والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون وسائل إحصائية، أهم نتائج الدراسة هي تعلم عدد من اللغات الأجنبية وقلة ازدواجية الدوام الرسمي كمزايا، والارتباط بوضعية التمايز الاجتماعي ذي الطبقة العليا في المجتمع، وارتفاع تكلفة التعليم وضعف الرقابة الحكومية لسير عملها كسلبيات تربوية لمدارس التعليم الأهلي، أوصت الدراسة إعادة النظر ببعض التشريعات القانونية الخاصة بالتعليم الأهلي ومراقبة عمل المدارس الأهلية من قبل الدولة، أما المقترحات فهي إجراء دراسة لمعرفة مدى تحقيق المدارس الأهلية لمضمون الجودة التعليمية وإجراء دراسة لمعرفة الصعوبات التي تواجه المدارس الأهلية. The current research aims to find out the educational benefits and educational negatives schools private education from the standpoint of teachers of public schools, use descriptive method and was the research sample consists of 73 teachers, used questionnaire research tool, was used frequencies, the arithmetic mean and standard deviations and percentages coefficient correlation Pearson means statistically, the most important findings of the study is to learn a number of foreign languages and the lack of duplication of the official working as educational advantages, the link status with the upper class in the society social differentiation and the high cost of education and poor government oversight for the functioning of disadvantages educational schools private education, the study recommended a review of some special legislation private education and monitoring the work of private schools by the state, as for the proposals they are conduction a study to determine the extent which private schools for the content of educational quality and a knowledge of the difficulties faced by private schools. |
