المستخلص: | Organizational cynicism is one of the most vital negative attitudes in the organization; If it existed it will lead to severe dilemmas. Many researches have studied organizational cynicism but there is lack in the area of the effect of organizational cynicism on organizational citizenship behaviors especially in Egypt. Therefore, this study aims at evaluating the effect of organizational cynicism on organizational citizenship behaviors in private universities in Egypt. The results showed that there is a significant effect of organizational cynicism on organizational citizenship behaviors. |
