المستخلص:In organizations, quality of work life (QWL) is needed for operating the organization successfully. QWL is defined as a representation of the wellbeing of the employees within the organization. In addition to that QWL helps in attracting and retaining high caliber employees. Many researches have studied QWL but there is lack in the area of the effect of QWL on organizational citizenship behaviors especially in Egypt. Therefore, this study aims at evaluating the effect of Quality of work life on organizational citizenship behaviors in private universities in Egypt. The results showed that there is a significant effect of quality of work-life on organizational citizenship behaviors.
