| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة إسهام الإشراف التربوي في رفع مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، باستخدام "الاستبانة" كأداة، وطبقت على عينة الدراسة (131) مشرفا تربويا ومشرفة تربوية في قطاع حائل التعليمي وتمثل (83%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى: أن المشرفين التربويين والمشرفات التربويات يسهمون (بدرجة كبيرة) في التأكيد على المعلمين والمعلمات في تدريس مواد تخصصهم، وأنهم يسهمون (بدرجة كبيرة جدا) في تفعيل استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة، وتنويع أساليب التقويم التربوي الحديثة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير طبيعة العمل لصالح المشرفات التربويات، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير التخصص أو سنوات الخدمة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، يوصي الباحث بما يلي: ضرورة التنسيق بين إدارة الإشراف التربوي وإدارة شؤون المعلمين والمعلمات في المناطق التعليمية حول الاحتياج الفعلي للمدارس الابتدائية من المعلمين والمعلمات، وتوجيههم إلى المدارس حسب التخصص في المواد الأساسية، ويفضل أن يجري المشرفون التربويون والمشرفات التربويات اختبارات شهرية وفصلية لقياس أداء المتعلمين والمتعلمات في المواد الدراسية الأساسية وتقويمهم، وتحليل النتائج تحليلا صادقا للتأكد من مستوى التحصيل الدراسي. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aims to identify the degree of the contribution of educational supervision in raising the level of academic achievement of primary school students. This study relied on the descriptive approach, and used the "questionnaire" as a tool, And applied to the study sample (131) educational supervisors and female educational supervisors in the educational sector of Hail, which represents (83%) of the study population. The results reached: The educational supervisors and the educational supervisors contribute greatly to emphasizing the male and female teachers in teaching their specialization subjects, and also they contribute (to a very large degree) To activate modern teaching strategies, diversify the methods of modern educational evaluation on male and female teachers, and the results of the study also found that there are statistically significant differences attributable to the variable nature of work in favor of female educational supervisors, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of specialization or years of service. Where the most prominent recommendations were the following: The necessity of coordination between the Department of Educational Supervision and the Department of Male and Female Affairs in the educational districts on the actual need for primary schools for male and female teachers and directing them to schools according to specialization in basic subjects. It is preferred that educational supervisors and female educational supervisors conduct monthly and quarterly tests to measure and evaluate the performance of male and female learners in basic school subjects and analyze the results in an honest analysis to ensure the level of academic achievement. | ||
