| المستخلص: | تتبلور إشكالية الدراسة الراهنة في تساؤل رئيس مفاده: ما مدى استيعاب سوق العمل لخريجات برنامج علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية؟ وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف القدرات والمهارات التي يتمتع بها خريج برنامج علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية، وكذلك مجالات العمل الأكثر توافرا أو جذبا في سوق العمل، بالإضافة إلى تعرف بعض الإجراءات المقترحة لتفعيل دور التعليم في تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل، وكذلك تعرف آليات المواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم ومتطلبات سوق العمل. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي؛ بهدف وصف وتحليل مدى استيعاب سوق العمل لخريجي برنامج علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية، وقد وقع الاختيار على جامعتي الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل والملك فيصل كمجتمع للدراسة، وتم اختيار عينة عمدية قوامها 168 مفردة بالجامعتين مجال الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، منها: نسبية استيعاب سوق العمل لخريجات برنامج علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية وتميز تلك الخريجات بعدد من المهارات التي أكسبتها مرونة في الالتحاق بسوق العمل، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى تنوع آليات المواءمة بين مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم العالي واحتياجات سوق العمل، كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود استراتيجية منهجية يتبناها برنامج علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية بتزويد خريجاته بالمعارف والمهارات المتناسبة مع سوق العمل السعودي من خلال ورش العمل والدورات التدريبية والأنشطة الطلابية. The problem of the current study is crystallized in a chief question: To what extent does the labor market accommodate female graduates of the sociology and social work program? The study aims to identify the capabilities and skills of the graduate of the sociology and social service program, the most available or attractive fields of work in the Saudi labor market, identifying some of the proposed measures to activate the role of education in meeting the needs of the labor market, and identifying the mechanisms aligning educational outcomes and labor market requirements. The study rely on the social survey method with the aim of describing and analyzing the extent to which the labor market accommodates graduates of the sociology and social service program. The universities of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal and King Faisal have been selected for this study. A sample of 168 individuals was chosen. The study reaches a number of results including the labor market’s relative accommodation of female graduates of the sociology and social work program, and how those graduates are distinguished because they have a number of skills that have granted them the flexibility in joining the labor market. The study also found a variety of mechanisms for the harmonization between the outputs of higher education institutions and the needs of the labor market. The study also revealed the existence of a systematic strategy adopted by the sociology and social service program to provide its graduates with the knowledge and skills that are compatible with the Saudi labor market through workshops, training courses, and student activities. |
