| 520 | |a هدفت البحث الحالي إلى إبراز العلاقة بين أبعاد القيادة الاستراتيجية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال والتوجه الوطني بدولة الكويت ٢٠٣٥ وذلك من خلال التعرف على أهم الأسس النظرية للقيادة الاستراتيجية في الأدبيات المعاصرة، والوقوف على مبادرات التوجه الوطني بدولة الكويت ٢٠٣٥، والكشف عن ملامح مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت في الوقت الحاضر، وتحديد الإجراءات المقترحة لتحسين العلاقة بين أبعاد القيادة الاستراتيجية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال ومرتكزات التوجه الوطني بدولة الكويت ٢٠٣٥، وكان من أبرز نتائجها أن أبعاد القيادة الاستراتيجية تسهم إسهاما إيجابيا في تحقيق مبادرات التوجه الوطني وخاصة عند التركيز على البعد التحويلي والبعد التبادلي والبعد الأخلاقي وقد وظفت البحث المنهج الوصفي والأسلوب الإحصائي حتى يحقق أهدافه العلمية ويجيب عن تساؤلاته البحثية. | ||
