| المستخلص: | يعالج البحث الوضع الحالي للخدمات المصرفية في الأردن ويشرح كيف تؤثر الشريعة الإسلامية على الاقتصاد السياسي. وقد صمم البحث لمعالجة رضا الزبائن في البنوك الإسلامية في الأردن. يواجه النظام المصرفي الإسلامي منافسة قوية ليس فقط من البنوك الإسلامية وإنما أيضا من البنوك الأخرى. توصل البحث إلى أن الزبائن لديهم رضا عن الخدمات المقدمة وخاصة خدمة حسابات الاستثمار. كما أن موظفي البنوك الإسلامية حصلوا على أعلى مستوى من الرضا من بين عناصر أداء الخدمات. من النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن على البنك أن يقدم خدمة مميزة حتى يحافظ على حصته السوقية. This paper studies the current realities of the Islamic banking services in Jordan. It explains how the adoption of Islamic law (Shariah) theoretically affects a political economy, and designed to investigate the banking behavior of Islamic bank customers in Jordan. The paper takes Jordan as an example of a Muslim country governed by Shariah and investigates how Islamic banks Services Perform. Customers were found to be most satisfied with the products/services they use most, with the investment accounts receiving the highest satisfaction score; Islamic bank employees received the highest satisfaction score among the elements of the service delivery system. Service quality is becoming more critical for banks to maintain their market shares. Islamic banks are competing not only with themselves, but also with other financial institutions within the financial industry. Empirical evidences are given. Institutional issues are examined in the light of Islamic joint venture financing. |
