| المستخلص: | هدف البحث: بناء برنامج لتقويم الجودة الشاملة لطلبة كليات التربية/ جامعة بغداد. حدود البحث: يتحدد البحث الحالي طلبة المرحلة الثالثة كلية التربية/ ابن رشد/ جامعة بغداد. الفصل الثاني: فقد تناولت الباحثة مجموعة من الدراسات التي تخص متغير البحث الفصل الثالث: منهجية البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس لتقويم الجودة الشاملة في صياغة فقرات للمجالات الأربعة للمقياس وخطوات بناءة وقد عرض على الخبراء والمختصين في هذا المجال خضع المقياس إلى التحليل الإحصائي بنظام SPSS أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية * أن أغلب محاور الدراسة أظهرت أن مستوى درجة تواجد الجودة الشاملة تحققت ولكن بدرجة متوسطة. * أن إدخال الجودة الشاملة في عملية إعداد وتدريب الطلبة ضرورة ملحة لمواكبة التغيير الحاصل في العالم أجمع. * أن الطالب هو أساس العملية التعليمية وأن إدخال أي تطور يبدأ من خلاله. التوصيات 1. الإفادة من معايير الجودة الشاملة والتي أعدتها الباحثة لتقويم برنامج إعداد الطلبة كأساس في تقويم البرامج الدراسية. 2. العمل على نشر ثقافة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعات وعلى مختلف المستويات لتحسين العمل التربوي أنه مسؤولية الجميع. المقترحات 1. أجراء دراسة مقارنة بين أقسام كلية الآداب وكلية الآداب في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة. 2. أجراء دراسة مقارنة للتعرف على جودة أعداد طلبة كليات التربية في العراق وبعض الدول العربية. Research Objective: Building a comprehensive quality assessment program for students of faculties of education/ University of Baghdad. Research limits: Current research is determined by students of the third stage Faculty of Education/ Ibn Rushd/ University of Baghdad Chapter II: The researcher dealt with a set of studies that relate to the research variable Chapter III: Research Methodology The researcher constructed a scale for the evaluation of the total quality in the formulation of paragraphs of the four areas of the scale and constructive steps has been presented to experts and specialists in this area was subjected to the scale statistical analysis system spss Results of the current study showed * Most of the study axes showed that the level of the degree of quality of the overall quality achieved but to an average * The introduction of comprehensive quality in the process of preparing and training students is an urgent need to keep up with the change taking place in the whole world * The student is the basis of the educational process and the introduction of any development starts through it. Recommendations 1- Benefit from the comprehensive quality standards prepared by the researcher to evaluate the program of preparing students as a basis in the evaluation of study programs 2- Work on spreading the culture of total quality in universities and at various levels to improve the educational work it is the responsibility of everyone Proposals 1- Conduct a comparative study between the departments of the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Arts in light of the overall quality standards 2- Conduct a comparative study to identify the quality of the numbers of students of faculties of education in Iraq and some Arab countries |
