| المستخلص: | يغطي البحث موضوع هام وحيوي مجال ضمان الجودة والاعتماد للبرامج المعتمدة بأقسام المكتبات والوثائق والمعلومات بكليات الآداب في الجامعات الحكومية سواء لمرحلة الليسانس، من خلال المعايير الصادرة عن الهيئة القومية لضمان الجودة والاعتماد. وتعرض الدراسة لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة والاعتماد في التعليم الأكاديمي، والتعريف بالهيئة القومية لضمان الجودة والاعتماد، ومعايير قطاع كلية الآداب ثم المعيار المتبع وهو معيار العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية وذلك للوصول لمدى توافق برامج أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات المعتمدة مع معايير الجودة بالهيئة القومية الاعتماد. وهدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد عدد أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بكليات الآداب بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية وتحديد عدد برامج الليسانس المعتمدة بأقسام المكتبات والمعلومات في كليات الآداب بالجامعات الحكومية في مصر من قبل الهيئة القومية لضمان الجودة والاعتماد والوصول لنقاط الاختلاف ونقاط الاتفاق بين تلك البرامج. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الميداني لتناول موضوع الدراسة والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات عن برامج الأقسام، ثم ذيلت الدراسة بالإحصائيات للمقارنة بين برامج الأقسام الأربعة وذلك للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة والتي ما هي إلا إجابات لأهدافها. وتوصلت الدراسة أن هناك أربعة أقسام هم قسم المكتبات والوثائق والمعلومات كلية الآداب جامعة أسيوط، قسم المكتبات والمعلومات كلية الآداب جامعة عين شمس، قسم المكتبات والمعلومات كلية الآداب جامعة سوهاج، قسم المكتبات والوثائق وتقنية المعلومات كلية الآداب جامعة القاهرة تم اعتماد برامج الليسانس من الهيئة القومية. The research covers an important and vital topic in the field of quality assurance and accreditation of the accredited programs in the libraries, documents and information departments in the faculties of Art at the public universities, both for the bachelor's degree and through the standards issued by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation. The study presents the concept of total quality management and accreditation in academic education, the definition of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation, and the standards of the College of Arts and then the standard used in the social and human sciences. The study aimed to determine the number of libraries and information departments in the faculties of Art at Egyptian Government Universities and to determine the number of accredited bachelors programs in the libraries and information departments in the faculties of Art in public universities in Egypt by the National Authority for Quality Assurance, Accreditation and Access to points of difference and points of agreement between these programs. The study used the field approach to address the subject of the study and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data on the programs of the sections. Then the study was followed by statistics to compare the programs of the four departments in order to answer the study questions which are the answers to their objectives. The departments are Libraries and information Sciences Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, Department of Libraries and Information College of Arts, Sohag University, Library, Documentation and information Technology Department, Faculty of Arts, Cairo University. |
