| المستخلص: | يتخبط العالم الآن في شتى أنواع العنف: اللفظي، الجسدي، النفسي، الجنسي؛ ويمارس على جميع أفراد المجتمع، لاسيما على النساء والأطفال. كما ينتشر في جميع المؤسسات: كالأسرة، العمل، الجامعات والمدارس، في الدوائر الحكومية وسائر المنظمات والمؤسسات، كما يظهر خلال المظاهرات والاحتجاجات والألعاب الرياضية... لهذا يجب نبذ العنف وصنع مجتمع آمن متآلف ينشر حسن الظن بين أفراده في الثقة المتبادلة والسلام والمحبة والتسامح وفق المبادئ السامية لحقوق الإنسان؛ عن طريق نشر ثقافة اللاعنف. لكن للأسف التقاليد التي ورثناها خصصت مكانا كبيرا للعنف، ولم تعط أي مكان ثقافة اللاعنف، بل ما زال فكرة جديدة في أوربا والغرب ولدى العرب. لكن يمكن للأسرة والمدرسة أن تلعبا دورا مهما في بث ثقافة اللاعنف لدى الأطفال في المراحل الأولى من الدراسة حتى المراحل المتقدمة منها، من خلال الشراكة بينهما. وهذا قد قادنا إلى إيلاء اهتمام خاص بموضوع العلاقة ما بين الأسرة والمدرسة لإرساء ثقافة اللاعنف، وذلك من خلال مفهوم الشراكة بينهما، لإيجاد قنوات اتصال دائمة بين الأسرة والمدرسة، لأن الدور التكاملي بينهما حيوي وضروري إذا لا يمكن للتلميذ أن ينمو بشكل صحيح ومتوازن إلا من خلال هذا التكامل. لذلك سنحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة التعرف على دور الشراكة بين الأسرة والمدرسة لإرساء ثقافة اللاعنف. The world is currently grappling with a multitude of violence types, encompassing verbal, physical, psychological, and sexual aspects. This pervasive issue affects all segments of society, with women and children being particularly vulnerable. Violence extends its reach across various institutions, including families, workplaces, universities, schools, government departments, and other organizations. It manifests itself during demonstrations, protests, and even sports events. In response, it becomes imperative to reject violence and strive to create a safe and harmonious society that fosters goodwill, mutual trust, peace, love, and tolerance aligned with human rights principles by promoting a culture of non-violence. Regrettably, inherited traditions have often accorded a significant place to violence, neglecting the cultivation of a non-violent culture. The concept of non-violence is still relatively new in Europe, the West, and among Arab societies. However, the family and school can play pivotal roles in instilling a culture of non-violence in children, from the early to advanced stages of their education, by establishing a partnership between the family and school. This has led us to pay special attention to the relationship between the family and the school to establish a culture of non-violence through the concept of partnership between them to create permanent channels of communication between the family and the school. The complementary role between them is vital and necessary because it is the only channel through which the student can grow correctly and balanced. Therefore, this intervention seeks to explore and identify the role of the partnership between the family and school in establishing and nurturing a culture of non-violence.
