| المستخلص: | La méthode de Réingénierie d'entreprise a obtenu plusieurs résultats positifs : cette méthode a été son origine et développée dans le secteur privé, mais elle s’applique aux organisations du secteur public où les membres de la communauté et prestations en général, ces avantages des spécifications élevées globales services et rationaliser publics dépenses et obtenir la satisfaction des citoyens. C’est pourquoi cette étude tente de clarifier les exigences d’appliquer cette méthode dans le secteur des services publics. The method of re-engineering has achieved several results, one of the most important of which is that although this method has arisen and developed in the private sector, it is applicable in public sector organizations where it benefits them and the members of society in general. These benefits are the provision of public services with high standards, guiding public spending, and achieving citizen satisfaction. Therefore, this study attempts to explain the requirements for applying this method in the public services sector.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. حقق أسلوب إعادة الهندسة عدة نتائج إجابة من أبرزها: أن هذا الأسلوب وإن كان قد نشأ وتطور في القطاع الخاص، إلا أنه قابل للتطبيق في منظمات القطاع العام حيث يعود بالنفع عليها وعلى أفراد المجتمع بشكل عام، وتتمثل هذه الفوائد في تقدم خدمات عمومية ذات مواصفات عالة وترشد الأنفاق العام وتحقق رضا المواطنين. ولذلك تحاول هذه الدراسة توضح متطلبات تطبيق هذا الأسلوب في قطاع الخدمات العمومية. |
