| المستخلص: | Le présent article traite de L'empowerment, en tant que notion de base dans le modèle de développement humain. Son objectif est triple: \n1-La réflexion sur l' Empowerment comme élément central d’un modèle de développement humain est donc largement entamée à la fin des années 1980. \n2-Bien sur, beaucoup de facteurs ont concouru à ce phénomène de changements administratifs. \n3- Ce concept repose sur 3 piliers : \n-le développement de la vision. \n-le développement de l’autonomie. \n-Le développement de l’appropriation. The current article deals with the empowerment of human resources as it is a prominent point in the thinking of human development in organizations. Its objectives are set out in three main goals:\n1.\tResearch empowerment as a central element of the human development paradigm as it has come a long way by the end of the 1980s.\n2.\tTo research it through many factors applied as a change in administrative thought.\n3.\tThis concept is based on three pillars:\n- Vision Development\n- Development of governance and self-efficiency.\n- Development of ownership and influence in work.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 يتناول المقال الحالي موضوع تمكين الموارد البشرية من حيث كونه محطة بارزة في فكر التنمية البشرية في المنظمات وتتحدد أهدافه في ثلاثة أهداف رئيسية:\n١.البحث في التمكين باعتباره عنصر مركزي في نموذج التنمية البشرية، بقطعها شوطا كبيرا مع نهاية الثمانينيات من القرن العشرين.\n2. البحث فيه من خلال عديد العوامل تطبيقه باعتباره تغيير في الفكر الإداري.\n3. يرتكز هذا المفهوم على ثلاثة ركائز هي:\n- تنمية الرؤية\n- تنمية الحكم والكفاءة الذاتية.\n- تنمية الملكية والتأثير في العمل. |
