| المستخلص: | L’État algérien cherche depuis l’indépendance à effacer le projet des différences entre les domaines établi par l’occupation et cela par l’intermédiaire de sa concentration sur les zones côtières pour ses intérêts et par la réorganisation du territoire national et une attention accrue au sud pour son importance géostratégique rendant les échanges et la coopération transfrontalière et de développement de zone entre pays voisins d’une part et la possession des ressources d’énergie et de métal qui sont le principal moteur de l’économie nationale, d’autre part.\nPar le biais de cet article, nous nous concentrerons sur le potentiel dans le sud du pays et comment l’État organisé ce domaine au sein de la configuration régionale des ressources et intégré dans l’espace national la valorisation potentielle et énergique? \n Since independence, the Algerian State has striven to erase the territorial differences enshrined by the occupation through its focus on the coastal and hilly areas within a framework that served his interests. This is carried out through the realignment of the national territory and the paying more attention to the south for its geostrategic importance, which makes it a region of cross-border exchanges, development and cooperation between neighbouring countries on the one hand, and by possessing energy and mineral resources, which are the main engine of the national economy on the other. In this paper, we will focus on how the state regulates this field within the framework of regional planning to integrate it into the national sphere to enhance its potential and capabilities?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. تسعى الدولة الجزائرية جاهدة منذ الاستقلال لمحو الفوارق المجالية التي كرسها الاحتلال من خلال تركيزه على المجالات الساحلية والتلية في إطار خدمت مصالحه، وذلك من خلال إعادة التنظيم المجالي للتراب الوطني والاهتمام المتزايد بالجنوب لأهميته الجيوستراتيجية مما يجعله منطقة مبادلات وتنمية وتعاون عبر الحدود بين دول الجوار من جهة، وامتلاكه لموارد طاقوية ومعدنية التي تعتبر المحرك الأساسي لاقتصاد الوطني من جهة أخرى، من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنركز على كيفية تنظيم الدولة لهذا المجال في إطار التهيئة الإقليمية لدمجه في المجال الوطني لتثمين إمكانياته وطاقاته؟ |
