| 520 | |a يعتبر التدريب الميداني مكونا أساسيا من مكونات العمل في مجال المعلومات والمكتبات في دولة الكويت، حيث يسهم في إعداد خريجين مؤهلين بشكل جيد لديهم من الخبرات والمهارات ما يجعلهم قادرين على ممارسة مهنتهم بكفاءة وفاعلية ويساهمون بشكل ما في تطوير العمل في المكتبات بأنواعها في الدولة. لذلك تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه طلبة قسم علوم المكتبات والمعلومات في كلية التربية الأساسية في دولة الكويت أثناء التدريب الميداني كونهم العاملين في المستقبل في مجال المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات المتوفرة في الدولة. ولتحقيق الهدف تم أجراء دراسة على المنهج الوصفي الشامل، كونه الأنسب لطبيعة الدراسة، عن طريق الدراسة الشاملة لجميع الطلاب (بنين وبنات) المتدربين لمقرر التدريب الميداني في قسم علوم المكتبات والمعلومات في كلية التربية الأساسية للفصل الدراسي الأول للسنة الأكاديمية 2017/2018. \nوبينت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك تحديات وسلبيات في برنامج التدريب الميداني لقسم علوم المكتبات والمعلومات بكلية التربية الأساسية، ومن أبرزها: \n- أن المنهج والسياسة المتبعة في خطة التدريب الميداني مبهمة وغير واضحة للطلبة المتدربين \n- أن المناهج والمقررات النظرية التي يحصل عليها الطالب لا تتوافق مع برنامج التدريب الميداني.\n- أن جهات التدريب الميداني غير مؤهلة حيث أن هناك نقص كبير في الأجهزة والمعدات والبرامج المستخدمة، والمكتبات صغيرة جدا ولا تتناسب مع أعداد الطلة المتدربين، وبعض الجهات قديمة جدا ولا تتناسب مع أهداف التدريب الميداني. \n- أن المشرفين على برنامج التدريب الميداني غير مؤهلين، حيث أن طريقه التعامل (الأسلوب) لبعض المشرفين نوعا ما كانت استفزازية ومعظمهم لا يملكون مهارة إيصال المعلومة بالشكل الصحيح حيث يحتاجون إلى تأهيل خصوصا في الخدمات الغير مباشرة. \n- لا توجد علاقة بين القسم العلمي والمشرفين على التدريب الميداني والطلبة المتدربين مما يسبب فجوة فيما بينهم.\n | ||
| 520 | |f Field training is an essential component of work in the field of information and libraries in the State of Kuwait, as it contributes to preparing well-qualified graduates with experience and skills, which makes them able to practice their profession efficiently and effectively and contribute in some way to developing work in libraries of all kinds in the country. Therefore, the study aims to identify the major constraints and challenges facing students of the Department of Library and Information Sciences in the Faculty of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait during field training, as they are future workers in the field of libraries and information centres available in the country. In order to achieve the goal, a study was conducted on the comprehensive descriptive method, being the most appropriate to the nature of the study, through a comprehensive study of all students (boys and girls) trainees for the field training course in the Department of Library and Information Sciences in the Faculty of Basic Education for the first semester of the 2017/2018 academic year.\nThe results of the study showed that there are challenges and drawbacks in the field training program of the Department of Library and Information Sciences at the Faculty of Basic Education, most notably:\n- The curriculum and policy followed in the field training plan is vague and unclear for the trainee students\n- That the theoretical curricula and courses obtained by the student are not compatible with the field training program.\n- That the field training bodies are not qualified as there is a great shortage of the devices, equipment and programs used, and the libraries are very small and not commensurate with the numbers of the trainees, and some bodies are very old and not commensurate with the objectives of field training.\n- That the supervisors of the field training program are not qualified, as the way of dealing (the method) of some supervisors was somewhat provocative, and most of them do not have the skill to properly communicate the information, as they need rehabilitation, especially in indirect services.\n- There is no relationship between the science department, the supervisors of field training, and the trainee students, which causes a gap between them.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020 | ||
