| المستخلص: | لازال مصطلح الخطاب محل اختلاف في الحدود والمعالم وبخاصة في تداخله الإجرائي والمفاهيمي، ومع ظهور موجة النقد الجديد، ازداد الصراع النقدي حول اشتغال الخطاب داخل المطارحات والمقاربات النقدية، وذلك انطلاقا من الحقل الفيلولوجي واللساني والفلسفي والتداولي، علما أن هذه المطارحات لم تقبع وراء التحديدات اللغوية والمعجمية المباشرة، حيث إن اللسانيات في أثناء تراحمها مع العلوم الإنسانية أدركت ذلك الانفلات المفاهيمي والإجرائي لمصطلح الخطاب بكل توجهاته النقدية والمعرفية، مما أفضى إلى صعوبة في القبض على ماهيته والتعرف على أنساقه، لاسيما عندما ينتقل مفهومه من اتجاه لآخر ومن منهج لآخر، ليصبح هذا الأخير -الخطاب- محل معاينة فكرية وحقلا مستقلا لإنتاج المعرفة. وعليه تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية أن ترصد تلك المتصورات وما ساورها من تطورات مرحلية من أجل التقريب بين القطائع المعرفية والممارسات النقدية حول رهانات الخطاب وآفاقه في ظل تراحم المناهج وتداخل العلوم.
