| المستخلص: | The study aims at finding out the relation between Cognitive Engagement and the Sensitivity of Sensory Processing of a sample consists of (325) post graduate students, (168) male and (157) female. According to the literature, previous studies and interviewing number of university teachers ,the cognitive engagement scale has been constructed. Moreover, the Sensory-Processing Sensitivity scale of (Aron, et.al, 2010) that adopted by (Khair, 2016) has been adopted by the researcher of this study . The multi regression analysis is used for analyzing the data to find out the predictor exacting of independent variables (Sensory-Processing Sensitivity, gander, specialty, and the grade) in the dependent variable ( the cognitive engagement ). The multiple regression analysis is used to find out a predictor of the independent variable (Sensitivity of Sensory Processing) and the gender, specialization and grade for the dependent variable (Cognitive Engagement). The results show that the level of the cognitive engagement higher than the population mean, accordingly the post graduate students have cognitive engagement. They have sensitivity of sensory processing as the level of the sensitivity of sensory processing higher than the population mean. Furthermore, the results show that the cognitive engagement related significantly with sensitivity of sensory processing. The multiple regression analysis shows that sensitivity of sensory processing is the best predictor in the variable of the cognitive engagement, as its affection in interpreting the variance of the cognitive engagement, far from other variables, is (0.529) i.e. (27, 90%) of cognitive engagement. استهدفت الدراسة استقصاء العلاقة بين الاندماج المعرفي وحساسية المعالجة الحسية لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا بلغ عددها (325) طالبا وطالبة منها (168) طالبا و(157) طالبة، وتم بناء مقياس الاندماج المعرفي بناءا على استطلاع اراء عينة من أساتذة الجامعة ومراجعة الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة، واستعمال مقياس حساسية المعالجة الحسية لأرون وأخرون (Aron, et. Al, 2010) الذي تبناه (خير، 2016) وأستعمال تحليل الانحدار المتعدد لتحليل البيانات للتعرف على مدى إمكانية وجود منبأ للمتغير المستقل (حساسية المعالجة الحسية) والنوع والتخصص والمرحلة في المتغير التابع (الاندماج المعرفي). أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الاندماج المعرفي أعلى من متوسط المجتمع وبذلك يتمتع طلبة أعلى من متوسط المجتمع وبذلك يتمتع طلبة الدراسات العليا بحساسية المعالجة الحسية، وأن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاندماج المعرفي وحساسية المعالجة الحسية لعينة البحث، واظهر تحليل الانحدار المتعدد أن حساسية المعالجة الحسية افضل منبأ في متغير الاندماج المعرفي اذ أن تأثير حساسية المعالجة الحسية في تفسير التباين الحاصل في الاندماج المعرفي بمعزل عن المتغيرات الأخرى يساوي (0.529) أي أن (27.90%) من التباين الحاصل في الاندماج المعرفي يعود إلى حساسية المعالجة الحسية. |
