| المستخلص: | عنوان الدراسة: الالتزام الديني وعلاقته بكل من التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي ومستوى الطموح لدى الطلبة الجامعين. دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة الجيلالي بونعامة بخميس مليانة. اهداف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الالتزام الديني وكل من التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة عشوائية من طلبة جامعة الجيلالي بونعامة بخميس مليانة، بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على الفروق بين (الجنسين) لدى الطلبة في متغيرات (الالتزام الديني، التوافق النفسي الاحتماعي، مستوى الطموح). منهج الدراسة: المنهج المستخدم هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الارتباطي لأنه الأنسب للتعرف على مختلف جوانب الدراسة. عينة الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة من طلبة وطالبات جامعة الجيلالي بونعامة بخميس مليانة ممن يزاولون دراستهم تحت نظام الليسانس(LMD) والبالغ عددهم 306 طالبا وطالبة. أدوات الدراسة: استخدم الباحث ثلاث مقاييس هي: (مقياس الالتزام الديني، مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي، مقياس مستوى الطموح). نتائج الدراسة: 1- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات أفراد العينة في مقياس الالتزام الديني تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات أفراد العينة في مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات أفراد العينة في مقياس مستوى الطموح تبعا لمتغير الجنس. وكنتيجة عامة توصلت الدراسة إلى: • وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين الالتزام الديني وكل من التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي ومستوى الطموح لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. توصيات الدراسة: 1- تنمية الوعي الديني للطلبة من خلال عقد ندوات ومحاضرات لتعريف الطلبة بالتدين السليم والصحيح، والمساهمة في القضاء على كل أشكال التطرف الديني التي ظهرت مؤخرا. 2- العمل على زيادة وعي مختلف الفاعلين في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية للأجيال وخاصة الأولياء بأهمية استخدام الأساليب القائمة على أساس ديني. 3- ضرورة إجراء دراسات مماثلة عن الالتزام الديني وعلاقته بمتغيرات أخرى كالضغط النفسي، الاغتراب النفسي، الصحة النفسية ... ألخ. 4- The title of study: Religious commitment and its relation to both psychological and social adjustment and the level of ambition of university students - a field study on a sample of students from the University of Djilali Bounaama in Khemis Miliana. The objectives of the study: The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between religious commitment and psychological and social adjustment and the level of ambition in a random sample of students of University of Djilali Bounaama in Khemis Miliana, in addition to trying to identify the differences between the students' (religious commitment, psychological and social adjustment, level of ambition). The study Approach: The approach used is the analytical descriptive analytical approach because it is more appropriate to identify the different aspects of the study. The study Sample: The sample of the study consisted of a group of students (both sexes), who are studying under the LMD system whose total number is 306 students. The study Tools: The researcher used three measures: (religious commitment scale, psychosocial adjustment scale, ambition level scale). Results: 1- There are statistically significant differences in the measure of religious commitment according to the gender variable in favor of females. 2- There are statistically significant differences in the measure of psychological and social adjustment according to the gender variable in favor of females. 3- There are no statistically significant differences in the measure of level of ambition according to gender variable. As a general result, the study concluded: * There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between religious commitment and psychological and social adjustment and level of ambition among the research's sample. The study Recommendations: 1- Developing the religious awareness of students through the holding of seminars and lectures to introduce students to true and correct religion, and contribute to the elimination of all forms of religious extremism. 2- Work to increase the awareness of the actors in the process of socialization, especially the parents, of the importance of using methods based on religion. 3- The need to conduct similar studies on religious commitment and its relationship to other variables such as psychological pressure, psychological alienation, mental health, etc. |
