| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع جودة الإدارة والتسيير الإداري بجامعة أم البواقي. حيث تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في بحث درجة توافر الجودة الإدارية من وجهة نظر الإداريين (عمداء ونوابهم رؤساء الأقسام ونوابهم) في كليات الدراسة؟ وهل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة تقديرات أفراد عينة الإداريين في توافر الجودة الإدارية في الجامعة تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة (الكلية، سنوات الخبرة، الجنس)، من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة الوصفي وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع من يحمل تصنيفا وظيفيا (أكاديمي إداري، إداري) والمتمثلين في عمداء الكليات ونوابهم ورؤساء الأقسام ونوابهم. لقد تم الاعتماد على مقياس "جودة الإدارة والتسيير الإدارية" من إصدار مخبر تطوير نظم الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي والثانوي حيث بلغ معامل ثبات الفا كرونباخ 0.936 ومعامل ثبات سبيرمان بروان 0.89، كما تم حساب صدق البنود بالاتساق الداخلي وقدرة الاستبيان على التمييز، وقد تم التوصل إلى نتائج مفادها أن متوسط المجموع الكلي لاستجابة كل أفراد العينة في كل كليات الدراسة والمقدر ب 147.82 يدل على جودة متوسط للإدارة والتسيير الإداري حسب وجهة نظر الهيئات الإدارية لعينة الدراسة ذلك أن المتوسط العام للمجموع الكلي لاستجابات أعضاء العينة يتموقع ضمن الفئة (110-172)، كما أنه لم نجد هناك فروق بين أفراد العينة تعزى إلى الجنس أو الكلية أو الخبرة. | ||

The quality management and management standard was based on the quality management and management system of the higher and secondary education institutions. The coefficient of alpha-cronbach stability was 0.936 and the coefficient of Sperman Brown's stability was 0.89.
