| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى بيان العلاقة بين متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء المنظمي من وجهة نظر الزبون الداخلي، وقد تم إجراء مقارنة بين شركتين أحداهما تطبق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة بشكل جيد. وأخرى لا تطبق المتطلبات، إذ تم اختيار (الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية/ ديالى) و (الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية / بغداد) مجالاً لإجراء البحث، إذ تم الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة للجانب التطبيقي من خلال الاستبانة التي أعدت لهذا الغرض ووزعت على عينة مكونة من (30) موظف في الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية/ ديالى و (20) موظف في الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية/ بغداد، وحللت إجاباتهم باستخدام معامل الارتباط البسيط لقياس علاقة الارتباط بين المتغيرات واختبار (t) لمعرفة معنوية العلاقة بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS). وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أبرزها وجود علاقة قوية بين إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء المنظمي في الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية/ ديالى وعدم وجود علاقة لإدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء المنظمي في الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية/بغداد، واختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات في ضوء الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها. This study aims to Statement of the relationship between Total Quality Management philosophy and Organizational performance from the point of view of the internal customer. A comparison has been made between two companies, one of which applies the requirements of TQM well and the other does not apply these requirements as the (General Company for Electrical Industries/ Diyala) and (General Company for Electrical Industries/ Baghdad) to conduct the search, During the questionnaire prepared for this purpose and distributed to a sample of 30 employees in the General Company for Electric Industries/ Diyala and (20) employees of the General Company for Electrical Industries/ Baghdad. Their answers were analyzed using a simple correlation coefficient to measure correlation between the variables and (t) test to determine the significance of the relationship based on the statistical program called spss. The study found a set of conclusions highlighted by the presence of a strong impact for TQM in Organizational Performance for the General Company of Electrical Industries/ Diyala and the presence of a weak effect of TQM in the Organizational Performance for the General Company of Electrical Industries/ Baghdad, and concluded the study by a set of recommendations according of the conclusions that have been reached. |
