| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الممارسات الإدارية لمديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض من وجهة نظرهن، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في إجابات أفراد العينة نحو الممارسات الإدارية لمديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض باختلاف (المؤهل العلمي، المرحلة التدريسية، الخبرة الإدارية، الدورات التدريبية). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) مديرة من مدارس حكومية وأهلية وتشمل جميع المراحل. وتم عمل استبيان أعدته الباحثة عن الممارسات الإدارية لمديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض من وجهه نظرهن، وتمت معالجة الاستبيان باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) الإحصائي، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أبرزها: - هناك موافقة من عينة الدراسة أن الممارسات الإدارية لدي مديرات المدارس جاءت بدرجة (أحيانا) بمتوسط حسابي (2.19) ويتصدر تلك الممارسات التخطيط بدرجة دائما، ويليه والتنظيم ثم التوجيه ثم المتابعة والتقويم بدرجة (أحيانا). - هناك مواقف من عينة الدراسة على ان مديرة المدرسة تقوم بممارسة التخطيط بدرجة تحدث (دائما) وبالمتوسط العام (2.38 من 3). وذلك من خلال تحديد الأهداف ودراسة الوضع الحالي، ووضع خطط أسبوعية في ضوء الخطة الثانوية وتحديد قرارات التغيير والمشاركة مع منسوبات المدرسة في حل المشاكل ... إلخ. - هناك موافقة من عينة الدراسة على ان مديرة المدرسة تقوم بممارسة التنظيم بدرجة تحدث (أحيانا) وذلك بناء على المتوسط العام لعبارات محور التنظيم (2.25 من 3) وذلك من خلال توزيع المهام والمسؤوليات، والإشراف على سياسة القبول وتحويل الطالبات، وتوفير المناخ المدرسي الإيجابي، وتطبيق سياسة الباب المفتوح مع الطالبات لتعرف على احتياجاتهن ... إلخ. - هناك موافقة من عينة الدراسة على أن مديرة المدرسة تقوم بممارسة التوجيه بدرجة تحدث (أحيانا) وذلك بناء على المتوسط العام لعبارات محور التوجيه (2.08 من 3) وذلك بتوجيه منسوبات المدرسة بطريقة تربوية صحيحة والإلمام باحتياجات منسوبات المدرسة والتشاور معهن في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة والتوجيه المناسب في تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها ... إلخ. - هناك موافقة من عينة الدراسة على ان مديرة المدرسة تقوم بممارسة المتابعة والتقويم تحدث (أحيانا) وذلك بناء على المتوسط العام لعبارات محور المتابعة والتقويم (2.05 من 3) وذلك من خلال متابعة تنفيذ الخطط اليومية للمنسوبات المدرسة والأنشطة المدرسية وتقويم المعلمات وفق معايير محددة ومتابعة التحصيل الدراسي للطالبات ... إلخ. - بينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد العينة حول الأدوار الإدارية وذلك باختلاف المؤهل العلمي. - بينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد العينة حول الأدوار الإدارية وذلك باختلاف المرحلة الدراسية التي تعمل بها مديرة المدرسة. - بينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد العينة حول الأدوار الإدارية وذلك باختلاف الخبرة الإدارية. - بينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد العينة حول الأدوار الإدارية وذلك باختلاف حصولهن على الدورات التدريبية. | ||
| 520 | |b - Objectives of the study: This study seeks to achieve objectives Identify the reality of the administrative practices of the directors general education schools in Riyadh also ،identify the differences of statistical significance in the sample answers about directors practices to managers of general education schools in Riyadh ،according to (qualification ،the study phase ،management experience ،training courses. - The study sample consisted of (40) female manager of government and private schools and include all stages. The tools of the study questionnaire on the management practices of school principals prepared by the researcher and the study data were processed using a program (SPSS) statistical. - Results of the study: - There is approval of the study sample that the administrative practices of school principals degree (sometimes) a mean (2.19) and the tops of those practices planning degree always ،followed by regulation and guidance ،and then follow-up and evaluation degree (sometimes). - There is approval of the study sample to the school principal th planning degree occur (always) and average (2.38 from 3) ،and through the and identification of goals study the current situation ،and to develop plans weekly and determine decisions change and engage with school solve problems ،……etc - There is approval of the study sample to the school principal the regulation degree occur (sometimes) ،based on the overall average for (2.25 from 3) and through the distribution of tasks and responsibilities ،and supervision of the admission policy and transfer students ،and the provision of school climate positive ،and the application of the open-door policy with the students to identify their needs...etc.. - There is approval of the study sample to the school principal based guidance degree occur (sometimes) an average (2.08 from 3) under the direction school staff in a way educational correct and identify the needs of workers school and consult with them in achieving the desired objectives and appropriate guidance in the implementation of planned activities her...etc.. - There is approval of the study sample to the school principal the exercise of follow up and evaluation occurs (sometimes) and the average of (2.05 from 3) and through the follow-up implementation of plans daily for workers school and school activities and evaluate the parameters according to specific criteria and follow the academic achievement of the students.....Etc.... - The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the answers of the respondents on administrative roles and that depending on the qualification. - The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the answers of the respondents on administrative roles and that according to the study phase ،which operates the school principal. | ||
