| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الكنايات اللازمة لمعلمات مادة كفايات اللغة العربية في النظام الفصلي ونظام المقررات بجدة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة عشوائية طبقية من (250) معلمة من معلمات مدارس النظام الفصلي والمقررات في المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة جدة، تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (50) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات. وباستخدام المعالجات الإحصائية بالبرنامج (SPSS) أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الاتي: أولا: أن درجة تحديد الكفايات اللازمة لمعلمات مادة كفايات اللغة العربية في النظام الفصلي ونظام المقررات بجدة جاءت بدرجة تقدير كبيرةـ وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.10) ثانيا: جاءت درجة تحديد الكفايات اللازمة لمعلمات مادة كفايات اللغة العربية في النظام الفصلي ونظام المقررات بجدة على مجالات الدراسة على النحو الآتي: مجال التخطيط بدرجة تحديد كبيرة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.09)، مجال التنفيذ بدرجة تحديد كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.11)، مجال التقويم بدرجة تحديد كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ.(4.10) وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات الهادفة لتفعيل كفايات اللغة العربية وأهمها: التأكيد على مؤسسات إعداد المعلمات استرشاد بالكفايات في برامج إعداد معلمات المرحلة الثانوية .استرشاد مشرفات اللغة العربية بقائمة الكفايات إثناء الإشراف على التعليم في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية، مراعاة أن توضع الكنايات في لاعتبار عند تقويم طالبات التربية الميدانية أثناء التدريس في المرحلة الثانوية . إعادة النظر في برامج إعداد المعلمات ولا سيما تخصص معلمات اللغة العربية ليتناسب ذلك مع المتغيرات العالمية والمعطيات المحلية. ضرورة إعداد دورات تدريبية للمعلمات القائمات بالعمل لإكسابهن وتعديل أدامن فيما يرتبط بالكفايات التي تطرقت إلها الدراسة الحالية. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aims to determine the competencies required for the female teachers of language competences in the semester system and the curriculum system in Jeddah. The researcher uses the descriptive approach. The researcher chooses a stratified random sample consisted of (250) female teachers from high schools of semester system and high schools of curriculum system in Jeddah Governorate. The study tool is a questionnaire consisted of (50) items covering three areas. The data was analysed using (SPSS Program). The results of this paper revealed the following: First: The study results show that the degree of competences determination required for the female teachers of language competences in the semester system and the curriculum system in Jeddah reaches a great estimation, with an average of (4.10). Second: The degree of competencies determination required for the female teachers of language competences in the semester system and the curriculum system in Jeddah on the fields of study is as follows: • The field of planning reaches a high degree of determination, with an average of (4.09). • The field of implementation reaches a high degree of determination, with an average of (4.11). • The field of evaluation reaches a very high degree of determination, with an average of (4.10). In light of the results of this paper, the researcher has proposed different recommendations that aim to activate the competencies of Arabic language teachers, of the most important recommendations is the emphasis on the necessity of teacher’s preparation institutions to focus on following the competencies in improving the competencies of the high school teachers. Arabic language supervisors should be guided by competencies list when they supervise high school teachers. It is important to consider the competencies when teaching field studies for high school students. Reconsider the teacher’s preparation programs especially those programs related to Arabic language, and to keep in mind its suitability to the local and international changes. It is also recommended to prepare training courses for the teachers especially Arabic language teachers, considering that these trainings should adopt to changes in the local and international teaching environment. It is also important to provide the teachers with training courses that aim to allow them to explore the results of the studies related to competencies. | ||
