| المستخلص: | This study aimed to know the Degree of Practicing Ethical Leadership by Elementary School Principals Perceived by Teachers at the Jeddah Province. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the survey descriptive method and the tool consisted of (33) paragraphs applied to a random class sample of 372 primary school’s teachers in Jeddah Province, using the statistical processors program(SPSS). The results of the study showed that the practice level of primary school leaders in Jeddah for moral leadership was high on all sides of the study, where it got an average of (4.15). The ethical personal Qualities came first, where it got an average of (4.19), then human relations with teachers, where it got an average of (4.18), and then ethical management practices, where it got an average of (4.05) The study did not show any statistically significant differences due to the variables of qualification and specialization, but they appeared statistically significant differences due to the variables in the variable of work years of the human relations with teachers whose experiences have been over twenty years. The researcher recommended that educational leaders should be informed of the results of this study to encourage them to do more effort to maintain this honorable ratio. He also recommended the importance of developing a moral charter for school leaders, and to be delivered to each leader as a document in his name to make him more connected with it and to work according to it. He also recommended the importance of putting an ethical notepaper in school to strength Positive organizational behavior and raise the level of ethical practices inside it. After the study, the researcher suggested many other studies of ethical leadership in schools. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة قادة مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة جدة للقيادة الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة؛ استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة من (33) فقرة تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (372) معلما من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة جدة، واستخدام المعالجات الإحصائية بالنظام(SPSS) وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن مستوى ممارسة قادة مدراس المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة جدة للقيادة الأخلاقية كانت بنسبة كبيرة في جميع محاور الدراسة، حيث حصلت على متوسط (4.15)، جاء في مقدمتها محور الصفات الشخصية الأخلاقية، حيث حصل على متوسط (4.19) ثم محور العلاقات الإنسانية مع المعلمين وحصل على متوسط (4.18) ، فمحور الممارسات الإدارية الأخلاقية بمتوسط (4.08)، كما لم تظهر الدراسة أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل، والتخصص، فيما ظهرت الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في متغير سنوات الخدمة لمحور العلاقات مع المعلمين لمن كانت خبرتهم أكتر من عشرين سنة. وأوصى الباحث بأهمية إطلاع القادة السويين على نتائج الدراسة لتكون محفزة لهم لبذل المزيد من العطاء للمحافظة على هذه النسبة المشرفة، وضرورة وضع ميثاق أخلافي لقادة المدارس بشكل خاص، ويسلم لكل قائد على شكل وثيقة باسمه لتزيده ارتباطا بها والعمل بما فيها، كما أشار إلى وضع مدونة أخلاقية داخل المدرسة؛ لتعزز من السلوك التنظيمي الإيجابي، وترفع من مستوى الممارسات الأخلاقية داخل مكوناتها، وفي الختام اقترح الباحث العديد من دراسات القيادة الأخلاقية في المدارس. |
