| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف عن علاقة الالتزام التنظيمي بالفعالية التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة الصناعية الوطنية لمناجم الفوسفات ببئر العاتر "ولاية تبسة" وتمت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة قدرها "140 عامل" وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الالتزام العاطفي يساهم في توجيه جهود الأفراد نحو تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الصناعية، كما أن مستويات الرضا الوظيفي تزداد كلما ازدادت مؤشرات الالتزام الاستمراري لدى الأفراد داخل المؤسسة الصناعية، إلى جانب أن الالتزام المعياري يؤدي إلى تنمية قدرات الأفراد داخل المؤسسة الصناعية، ومنه تبين أن للالتزام التنظيمي علاقة وثيقة بالفعالية التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة الصناعية حيث يساهم بشكل فعال في تحقيقها. | ||
| 520 | |b This paper aims to reveal the relationship between the organizational commitment and the organizational effectiveness within the National Phosphate Mines Institution "Samiphos" in Bir Al-Atar, Tabessa. In order to achieve this endeavor, we conducted a field approach using a non-probability sample estimated at 140, The study concluded that the emotional commitment to contribute in guiding the efforts of individuals towards achieving the goals of industrial organization, and job satisfaction levels increase the greater commitment Alastmrrari among individuals within the industrial enterprise indicators, In addition, the normative commitment leads to the development of the capabilities of individuals within the industrial establishment. Finally, It was found that the organizational commitment is closely related to the organizational effectiveness within the industrial institution, where it contributes effectively to achieve it. | ||
