| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية توظيف البرمجيات الاجتماعية وأنشطة التعلم السريع في تنمية مهارات إنتاج الخرائط الذهنية الإلكترونية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء احتياجاتهن التدريبية وتحقيقا لأهدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعتين (تجريبية / ضابطة) حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (40 معلمة) تم تقسيمهم إلى (20 معلمة) للمجموعة التجريبية و(20 معلمة) للمجموعة الضابطة، وللإجابة على أسئلة البحث واختبار صحة فروضه قامت الباحثة بإعداد مجموعة من الأدوات تمثلت في قائمة مهارات انتاج الخرائط الذهنية الإلكترونية، أنشطة التعلم السريع، بطاقة تقييم منتج لمهارات إنتاج الخرائط الذهنية الإلكترونية، اختبار تحصيلي للجانب المعرفي المرتبط بمهارات إنتاج الخرائط الذهنية الإلكترونية واستطلاع آراء المشاركات في التجربة، وأثبتت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرمجيات الاجتماعية وأنشطة التعلم السريع وأثرها الواضح في تنمية مهارات إنتاج الخرائط الذهنية الإلكترونية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وفقا لاحتياجاتهن التدريبية، حيث أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة لبطاقة تقييم المنتج والاختبار التحصيلي وكانت الفروق جميعها لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وقد تم تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها في ضوء كل من الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة المرتبطة، واختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تحديث البرامج التدريبية لتلبية احتياجات معلمات الروضة بما في ذلك التدريب على تصميم وإنتاج الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة، وحث المعلمات على استخدام أدوات التواصل الاجتماعي وأنشطة التعلم السريع في خدمة العملية التعليمية، وتحفيزهم على استخدام الخرائط الذهنية الإلكترونية الأنشطة التعليمية داخل الروضة لتنمية مهارات التفكير والمهارات المختلفة للأطفال. واقترحت الباحثة عدد من البحوث منها إجراء دراسة عن اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة والتعليم الإلكتروني في تعليم أطفال الروضة. The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of the social programs and rapid learning activities in developing the skills of producing e-mind mapping for kindergarten teachers in light of their training needs. The semi-experimental approach based on the experimental design of the two groups (experimental /control) was used to achieve the study objectives. The research sample consisted of (40 female teachers), who were divided into (20 teachers) for the pilot group and (20 teachers) for the control group. To answer the research questions and test the validity of its assumptions, the researcher prepared a set of tools represented in the list of skills to produce e-mind map, rapid learning activities, the product assessment card for the production of electronic mind maps skills, an achievement test of the cognitive aspect associated with the skills of producing e-mind maps, and surveying the opinions of the participants in the experiment. The study results demonstrated the effectiveness of social programs and rapid learning activities and their apparent impact on developing the skills of producing e-mind maps for kindergarten teachers according to their training needs. The results indicated that there were significant differences between the average score of the pilot and control group of the product evaluation card and the achievement test, all of which were in favor of the pilot group. The results have been analyzed and interpreted in light of both the theoretical framework and related previous studies. The research concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which include the need to update training programs to meet the needs of kindergarten teachers, including training in the designing and production of modern technological means. It also urged teachers on using social media tools and rapid learning activities during the educational process service and motivate them to use e-mind maps for educational activities within the kindergarten to develop thinking skills and different skills for children.
