| المستخلص: | Cet article s'attache à dresser un bref constat surla formation des futurs inspecteurs pédagogiques de l'éducation en Tunisie. Tenant compte de la complexité de cette profession constituée des tâches d’encadrement, d’évaluation et d’innovation au sein de nouvelles orientations dans le monde de l'éducation, nous proposons une démarche de réflexion susceptible d'introduire d'autres éléments utiles au perfectionnement de cette formation. Ils consistent en la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) l'audit, l'éthique, la gestion des conflits, l'éducation au développement durable (EDD) et les prospectives. This article attempts to make a brief statement on the training of future pedagogical inspectors of education in Tunisia. While taking into account the complexity of this profession consisting of the tasks of supervision, evaluation and innovation within new orientations in the world of education, we propose a process of reflection likely to introduce other useful elements to make this training look perfect.
