| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع القيادة الأخلاقية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتحديد مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين، وأثر متغيرات (الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والمنطقة التعليمية) في ذلك، والكشف عن العلاقة بين القيادة الأخلاقية والرضا الوظيفي. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (457) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استبانة القيادة الأخلاقية واستبانة الرضا الوظيفي. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن القيادة الأخلاقية ككل والأبعاد كلٍ على حدة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ككل لدى المعلمين والأبعاد كلٍ على حدة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الخصائص الشخصية الأخلاقية لمدير المدرسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بينما لا توجد فروق حول السلوكيات الإدارية الأخلاقية والعلاقات الإنسانية؛ ووجود فروق حول الخصائص الشخصية الأخلاقية لمدير المدرسة والسلوكيات الإدارية الأخلاقية والعلاقات الإنسانية تعزى لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية، بينما لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق حول بعض أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة وعدم وجود فروق حول بعض الأبعاد، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين القيادة الأخلاقية والرضا الوظيفي. | ||
| 520 | |f The study aimed to identify the reality of ethical leadership in the secondary schools in Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers, and to determine the level of job satisfaction of the teachers, and the impact of variables (gender, qualification, years of experience and the region of education) in that, and to reveal the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. The study followed the analytical descriptive method. The study sample consisted of (457) male and female teachers of the secondary school. The study tools included the questionnaire on ethical leadership and the questionnaire on job satisfaction. The results found that the ethical leadership across dimensions came to a great extent, and that the level of job satisfaction as a whole teachers and dimensions separately came to a great extent. The results also showed statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample on the moral characteristics of the school principals attributed to the gender variable, meanwhile there were no differences on ethical administrative behavior and human relations; differences about the moral personality of the school principal, ethical administrative behavior and human relationships were attributed to the variable of the educational region, while there are no differences attributable to the variable of academic qualification and years of experience. The results also showed differences in some dimensions of the job satisfaction due to the variables of the study and the absence of differences on some dimensions.
