| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توفر الكفايات اللازمة لمشرفي التقويم الشامل بمنطقة الرياض التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (125) مشرفا تربويا موزعين على عشر إدارات تعليمية تابعة لمدينة الرياض. وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي والمتمثل في الاستبانة اشتملت على (10) كفايات رئيسة اشتملت على (130) كفاية فرعية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن (17) كفاية متوفرة بدرجة كبيرة جدا وأن بقية الكفايات كانت متوفرة بدرجة كبيرة. أما بالنسبة لتوفر كفايات فقد كانت كفايات التقويم التربوي أكثر الكفايات توفرا لدى مشرفي التقويم الشامل للمدرسة، بينما جاءت كفايات البحث العلمي أقل الكفايات توفرا. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة توفر الكفايات (التقويم التربوي، وإدارة الصف، والقيادة التربوية، السياسات والأهداف، والاتصال، والمناهج وطرق التدريس، والتوجيه والإرشاد الطلابي، والتخطيط، والتنمية المهنية، وأخيرا البحث العلمي) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف درجاتهم العلمية. وكذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والتخصص في درجة توفر الكفايات. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصف الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها توجيه البرامج التدريبية والتأهيلية التي تعقد للمشرفين التربويين قبل الخدمة وأثنائها إلى التدريب على الكفايات الإشرافية تدريبا عمليا بحيث تصبح سلوكا أدائيا وعمليا لديهم. | ||
| 520 | |f The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the necessary competencies for the supervisors of the comprehensive evaluation in Riyadh Educational Region from their point of view. The sample of the study consisted of (125) educational supervisors distributed among ten educational departments under Riyadh city. The descriptive methodology was used which consisted of the questionnaire of (10) key competencies and (130) subsidiary competencies. The study found that 17 were very large enough and that the rest of the competencies were highly available. As for the availability of competencies, the competencies of the educational evaluation were the most available among the supervisors of the comprehensive evaluation of the school, while the competencies of scientific research came the least available. The results of the study showed no significant differences in the availability of competencies (educational calendar, class management, educational leadership, policies and objectives, communication, curricula and teaching methods, student guidance and guidance, planning, professional development, and finally scientific research) from the point of view of the individuals of the study's sample with their different scientific degrees. The results of the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the variable years of experience and specialization in the degree of availability of competencies. In the light of the results of the study, the study described several recommendations, the most important of which is the orientation of training and rehabilitation programmes held for educational supervisors before and during service to practical training in supervisory competencies so that they become a performance and practical behaviour for them. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. | ||
