| 520 | |a يهدف هذا المقال إلى التطرق إلى جودة حياة العمل وعلاقتها بفاعلية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، كون أن جودة الحياة تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على مختلف الأنشطة الإدارية بالمؤسسة وأهمها ما تعلق بعملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بمختلف أنواعها، ومراحلها المتعددة، وستتم التطرق لهذا الموضوع من خلال معالجة أهم أبعاد جودة حياة العمل كالاستقرار والأمان والتوازن بين العمل والحياة والنمط القيادي والإشرافي والتقدم الوظيفي، ثم تحليل العلاقة بين هاته الأبعاد وعملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بالمؤسسة، باعتبار أن اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية الرشيدة بالمؤسسة يعتبر أمر جد مهم وتؤثر على مدى تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة واستمراريتها. | ||
