| المستخلص: | The study aimed at identifying the role of charity organizations projects and programs in limiting feminine poverty for its beneficiaries, specifying the best projects, which contribute to satisfying the needs of the woman and differing family and the correlation of these projects to the social and economic characteristics of the woman. The study used the questionnaire as the tool of the study, which was distributed in two ways as papers and electronically. The researcher used a collection of statistical approaches and Correlation coefficients (A chi-squared test, Eta) to identify the correlation of social and economic characteristics for the feminine beneficiaries to the organization supply to their needs. The results revealed that the most benefiting projects for woman are (the food package project, sacrifice meat project, Zakat Al Fitr Collection project, and winter charity) whereas it collected high averages form the sample responses; there is average correlative relationship between the health and social condition of-the beneficiary and supplying their needs from the organization. The beneficiaries agree that the organization is in need of great support to be able to support those as its resources are limited to supply the continuous and varying requirements. the results indicated that most important needs of the beneficiaries are that the organization adopt projects to help in -settling debts and that new projects should be schedules and applying production tools to help the beneficiaries to inclusion in the families [programs in the community. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور البرامج والمشاريع التي تقدمها جمعية البر للحد من الفقر. المؤنث لدى مستفيداتها، وتحديد أكثر المشاريع التي تسهم في إشباع احتياجات المرأة وأسرتها المتغيرة ومدى ارتباط هذه المشاريع بالخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمرأة، وقد تكونت أداة الدراسة من الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها بطريقتين ورقية وإلكترونية. وقد استخدمت الباحثة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية ومعاملات الارتباط (إيتا، وكاي تربيع) لمعرفة مدى ارتباط الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمستفيدات بتلبية مساعدات الجمعية لاحتياجاتهن، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر المشاريع التي تستفيد منها (مشروع السلة الغذائية، ومشروع الإفادة من لحوم الأضاحي، ويليه مشروع استقبال زكاة الفطر وصدقة الشتاء) حيث حصلت على متوسطات عالية من إجابات المبحوثات، كما اتضح أن هناك علاقة ارتباط متوسطة بين الحالة الصحية والاجتماعية للمستفيدة وتلبية احتياجاتهن من الجمعية كما توصلت الباحثة إلى تأييد المستفيدات بأن الجمعية في حاجة إلى دعم أكبر حتى تستطيع مساندة المحتاجين حيث إن مواردها قد تكون قاصرة عن استيفاء المتطلبات المستمرة والمتغيرة للمستفيدات، وقد أوضحت النتائج أن من أهم الاحتياجات للمستفيدات أن توفر الجمعية مشاريع تساعد على سداد الديون، وأن يكون هناك تجديد مستمر في المشاريع السنوية، مع توفير أدوات إنتاج تساعد المستفيدات على الاندماج لبرامج الأسر المنتجة في المجتمع. |
