| المستخلص: | The importance of research is based on the importance of the role of the teacher of the blind children kindergarten in the management of the class. Therefore, the research steps have been identified in the following axes:\nThe first axis: What are the competencies (skills) of a kindergarten (having blind children) teacher.\nThe second axis: What is classroom management.\nThe third axis: The reality of the performance of the teacher of the blind children kindergarten in managing the class (field study).\nThe fourth axis: Proposals to activate the role of the teacher of the blind children kindergarten in managing the class.\nThe researcher recommends that attention be paid to developing the classroom management in blind children kindergartens in order to give these children the opportunity to live a decent life under the living conditions in which their normal peers live so they could play their part in their environment and then realize their importance and value in the society.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 تأتي أهمية البحث من منطلق أهمية دور معلمة رياض الأطفال المكفوفين في إدارة الصف ولذلك تحددت خطوات البحث في المحاور الآتية:\nالمحور الأول: ما كفايات معلمة رياض الأطفال المكفوفين.\nالمحور الثاني: ما ماهية الإدارة الصفية.\nالمحور الثالث: واقع أداء معلمة رياض الأطفال المكفوفين في إدارة الصف (الدراسة الميدانية).\nالمحور الرابع: مقترحات لتفعيل دور معلمة رياض الأطفال المكفوفين في إدارة الصف.\nوتوصي الباحثة بالاهتمام بتطوير الإدارة الصفية برياض الأطفال المكفوفين من أجل إتاحة الفرصة لهؤلاء الأطفال لكي يعيشوا حياة كريمة في ظل الظروف الحياتية التي يعيش فيها أقرانهم العاديين ولكي يتمكنوا من تأدية دورهم في بيئتهم وحينئذ يعشرون بأهميتهم وقيمتهم في المجتمع.\n |
