| المستخلص: | تناولت الورقة أهمية الشورى وفوائدها وعلاقتها بالحقوق والحريات ممثلة في معالجة بعض المظاهر السلبية في المجتمع كظاهرة التطرف الغلو وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على السؤال، ماهي الشورى وفوائدها وما علاقتها بالحقوق والحريات وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في أنه طرق موضوع من الأهمية بمكان الشورى وفوائدها وعلاقتها بالحقوق والحريات فالشورى تعمل على تأليف القلوب وتعمق الألفة والمحبة بين الناس، كما تعمل على معالجة بعض الظواهر السلبية في المجتمع كالحد من الإرهاب والتطرف والغلو. تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على فوائد الشورى وما هي علاقتها بالحقوق والحريات وما هي حقوق المرأة في الإسلام كما جاء في الكتاب والسنة؟، وهل يجوز مشاركتها في العمل السياسي؟ بما في ذلك المناصب السيادية، ومنها رئاسة الدولة؟ مع ذكر آراء العلماء حول تلك المسألة مع بيان الأرجح منها. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتحرى الدقة في إيراد المعلومات من المصادر والمراجع وتخريج الآيات والأحاديث والأقوال والعبارات المقتبسة بحيادية كاملة. كما توصل الباحث إلى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي من أهمها أن الشورى ألفة بين الناس وتعمق الثقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم. وأنها تعالج الكثير من الظواهر السلبية في المجتمع كالإرهاب والتطرف والغلو. كما يوصي الباحث بدراسة التاريخ الإسلامي بتمعن وتحديدا في عصر الخلفاء الراشدين رضوان الله عليهم أجمعين وما شهده ذلك العصر من انتعاش في مجال الشورى والاستفادة منه في العصر الحالي. The paper addressed the importance of Shura and its benefits and its relation between rights and freedoms represents in treatment some negative phenomena in community as extravagance or profligacy. The problem of the study represented in answering the question, what is shura and what its benefits and what is the relation between Shura and rights and freedom? The importance of the study is dwelled from the importance of the subject of the study itself, because shura worked to united hearts together and makes deep love between human, also treat the negative phenomena of the community as extravagance and terrorism. The study aimed to identify the Shura and its benefits, and what is its relationship with rights and freedoms? Is it permissible for a woman to practice political work? Including the presidency? The study methodology relied on the collection of data and information from the references and sources available to the Shura and Democracy, based on the descriptive and analytical method. The study investigates the accurate and correct information and the accuracy of the verses, chats and statements. The researcher achieved some results and recommendations: the most important of which is that the Shura was composed of hearts and deepened trust between the rulers and the governed. Shura also works to address negative phenomena in society, such as extremism and radicalism. And that Islam has guaranteed the rights and public freedoms of human beings. Secondly, how does a woman participate in political work? The study also recommended to study deeply the Islamic history carefully and specifically in the era of the Caliphs, Allah bless them all, and the period witnessed by the recovery in the field of consultation and benefit from it in the current era. |
